Lovely Home-Historic Register Overlooking Beautiful Hagerstown City Park and Washing County Museum of Fine Arts This neighborhood is situated in close proximity to several of Hagerstown's best known cultural landmarks including the Cultural Arts Trail, City Park, the Washington County Fine Arts Museum, and the Arts and Entertainment District in downtown Hagerstown. This neighborhood is also well known for their "Porch Culture" in which the porches of many homes in the neighborhood act as an open space for meeting neighbors and engaging with people out for a walk.
