This hotel is seriously worn down and needs an urgent refurbishment. Much of the room furniture is deteriorated, which is exacerbated by inadequate cleaning and maintenance. My bathroom had used dental floss on the floor. A closet door had a large liquid stain thay streaked down the surface. The drapes were coming off their track. The lobby is a very large but lifeless space. I had paid for a 14-night stay and spent only one night, leaving the next morning. The staff is friendly and the location connected to a shopping mall is convenient, but the property does not meet the standards that I have experienced at other Ibis properties in different countries.

The hotel is located at the end of the Galleria Mall, there is a convenient store next door, several restaurants int he area, a food court in the mall, the covered parking is out front, and there is mall security. The staff is nice and friendly; however, check in took us an hour after we arrived at 5:00pm, too long.

El hotel esta localizado cerca de areas de restaurantes y centros comerciales pero el servicio de desayuno incluido es terrible, (desayuno poco variado sin presentacion agradable para los huespedes, vajillas de plastico y muy usadas), tan poco satisfactorio fue para mi que preferi desayunar en otro lado. Es que si ofrecen algo debe ser de calidad o mejor no ofrecer nada. Merida es una cd. con gran demanda y deben estar a la altura de la competencia en mi opinion.

La ubicación del hotel está excelente, muy cercano a avenidas principales. Los únicos comentarios son con respecto al check-in fue muy tardado, entiendo la alta ocupación pero se supone que ya deberían tener asignadas las habitaciones para esa hora y no las tenían. En la habitación el extractor del baño no funcionaba y el frigobar tenía agua por dentro. El desayuno estaba bien pero le hace falta un mejor orden ya que por ejemplo la meemelada está lejos de los waffles y el pan tostado.

The reception area wasn’t identified doesn’t look like one, the receptionist was not to friendly , the room has dents and needy wall paint touch up , the shower doors are very bad design water flows outside shore area , bed was very nice , poor cable chanels , the breakfast service was exceptional !! The best

First of all rooms were gross staff wasn't to pleasant and when i showered the water was all backed up so basically shower and a bath all in one was stains on the walls and you take a poop or pee better believe ever one was gonna hear it cause of their super thin glass doors it makes it echo hope your friendly with everyone on your stay you step out of your shower your in the middle of the room

Las paredes sucias- hasta tenían un moco, pelo en el piso, chorreadas en el baño, terrible. No había presión en el agua, fue muy difícil quitarse el jabón, y en la mañana temprano no había agua caliente. El desayuno muy mala calidad, no tienen suficiente infraestructura- tardado y malo.

Front desk personnel, especially Diego, were extremely helpful. Breakfast choices could of been better. I wish the room could of had a place to sit. I like that the hotel was attached to the mall.

Honestly the only remarkable thing we can say from this hotel it’s the location in the Merida City. Otherwise the front desk personnel, the super tiny rooms and not well cleaned, and the air conditioning not working made our trip so uncomfortable.
No way to go back to this hotel even on Sale prices!!

Rooms are old and lack of maintenance, body towels are not even good to be used as a rag as you can see in the picture! Walls need to be painted immediately. All looks filthy. Staff is not properly trained. The only good thing about this hotel is the location inside the mall and the free parking. But don't waste your money, just go to the other hotels right across the street.

Pésimo. Las camas son súper incómodas las almohadas también. Demasiado complicado el hecho del desayuno. Y el trato al huésped lo peor. No son amables ni tienen ningún tipo de servicio al cuarto. Para todo te dicen q bajes tu! 👎👎
