This property is a great place to stay. We couldn't have asked for warmer or more welcoming hosts. They provided lots of information on where to visit, places to eat and how to get around Naples. The room itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. Large bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. Great location for exploring Naples; both on foot or via nearby public transport. Highly recommended.

Hermes was a excellent b&b place, with a great host. The room was very clean aswell the common areas. Location of Hermes made it easy to travel around the city, everything was close.

La struttura è davvero perfetta: ben curata, pulita ed in una zona davvero comoda. Iniziamo col dire che, arrivando in treno si trova a 10 minuti a piedi. Uscendo dalla stazione si deve andare sempre dritti su via Poerio (la strada più a destra) e ad un certo punto si vede la facciata di una chiesetta: il B&B si trova pochi metri prima, sulla destra. I proprietari sono persone deliziose, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. La stanza piccola ma confortevolissima. Io ho occupato la "Maia", con un balconcino che dà sulla via: con le finestre chiuse il silenzio è assicurato. La colazione è tipica italiana, varia ed abbondante. Assolutamente consigliato.

Nice accommodation with a good location. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Room was quiet although you could hear some noise from the hallway if the other guests were a bit loud.. very well connected to the historical center and different means of transportation. All and all had pleasant stay here

Our stay in Napoli was amazing and our stay at Hermes had a good impact on our time. The staff helped point us towards some small details of where and how to navigate to some points in town. The included breakfast was a light way to start the day and the location was very central and made discovering Naples a bit easier. The room was very clean and the AC was NECESSARY :) and appreciated for our summer stay.

Very good room, great shower, good wifi, fridge in room Tea, coffee, fruit and water in common area (always open). Good host - gave us lots of Naples info. Carrefour supermarket close by. Voucher for simple breakfast at cafe just down the road. Close to Via Tribunali with lots of bars and restaurants. Would return.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé chez Hermes rooms for tourists. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Antonio, il nous a montré les lieux qu’il fallait visiter dans la ville et les bons restaurants à faire. Il n’hésitait pas à nous guider si nous avions des questions. La chambre était conforme aux photos et très propre avec un petit balcon donnant sur la rue. Le petit plus dans la chambre était les petites collations mises à notre disposition. Pour le petit déjeuner, Nous n’avons pas pu manger directement dans la salle à manger à cause du COVID-19, mais nous avions un pass pour aller prendre un petit déjeuner dans un bar très bon juste à côté. Hermes rooms for tourists n’est pas trop loin a pied de la ville (15, 20 min). Sinon il y avait le métro qui était à 10 min à pied avec plusieurs supérettes, bars, boulangeries et restaurants juste à côté. Je recommande très fortement ces chambres pour votre futur voyage à Naples.

I like the hotel nice ,clean in a good place located close to everywhere. Easy to find it. The only thing I didnt like is too much traffic hard to cross streets. Other than that good price very nice breakfast and all the help that you need to visit places. Antonio and Mario amazing people thank you.

What an excellent place to stay! Antonio and Mario were amazing hosts and are superb ambassadors of their great city, Napoli. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they provided us with plenty of information; whether that be travel advice, sights of interest or good local restaurants! I cannot recommend Hermes - Rooms for Tourists enough. If you are visiting Napoli, this is the place to stay! Grazie Mille Mario & Antonio!

Nice and clean room - looks new! The room was large and the furniture were of good quality. Good and effective air-conditioner. We were three adults in the suite which included a spa (but we never used it). Breakfast was also good - included fresh italian bakery, coffee/tea/juice, yougurt and fresh fruits). Friendly and helpful staff. All in all a small nice hotel with full value for the money. I Can highly recommand Hermes.

We felt like at home. Mario is a very kind and helpful host. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom. It was a very good start for our holidays in Italy.

This is a really well furnished small hotel within a short walking distance of many of the historic attractions of Naples and transport links. The main station is about 5-10 minutes walk, as the the Centro Storico. We walked as far as Vomero via the funicular railway, but if that’s too far for you it’s a few stops on the metro from either Piazza Cavour or Garibaldi to get pretty much anywhere. Mario, our host, was fantastic, and gave us lots of tips about what to see, where to go, good places to eat and the differences between areas of the city depending on what you are interested in. Our trip was much better for his advice and assistance, plus he’s also just a really nice guy. He was there to meet us and sorted our onward travel for us. The rooms are new, and well fitted with brand new air conditioning and bathroom suites with good facilities. Breakfast is typically Southern Italian with Italian croissant, fruit, yoghurt, juice and coffee (all very good quality and fresh). Don’t expect a full English breakfast if that’s your thing. We had seen some reviews about the area. Yes, some of the surrounding streets are a bit dirty but that is true across the whole Centro Storico as it’s an ancient city. We found it quite safe once we got used to the narrow quite dimly lit streets and we walked everywhere without any problems. You can avoid the really small streets by walking round if you don’t feel comfortable. Thanks Mario!

Hermes Room for Tourists was a gem in Naples. It was clean and modern. Comfortable in every way. Location was great and we felt safe though we didn’t stay out past sun down. Mario was very kind and shared with us tips about Naples where to go, eat, what to order, he even helped us call a cab to take us to the airport in the morning. My only regret is not using their relax area with a sauna/ steam room! Looked amazing we just didn’t have time. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great hosts. Tranquility in the glorious Maelstrom that is Napoli. Very quiet at night. Attention to detail fantastic. Absolutely would not hesitate to stay again. Hospitality top class....

Everything was wonderfool. The room was very clean, cozy, with modern design and the owners were Very friendly. The historical center is only few minutes away. I Will surely go back there again!!!
