Our stay was great! The bed was comfortable, the full kitchen was convenient, the heated pool and hot tub was wonderful, every staff member was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a wide variety and everything tasted so good. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time at. Hyatt Place, and Wow we were impressed. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so good and all the other amenities were top notch! I loved this property so much and the staff was very friendly!

Room was clean and comfortable other than the hair pick I found in the bathroom from a previous guest. Staff was friendly. At night the fridge kept making a knocking noise off and on that kept waking me up and we were on the first floor right next to the back entrance which was also very noisy. Couldn't get the fan in the room to stay on for white noise to counteract all the other noise so I slept terrible. We had no hand soap in our room so we used the dish soap. At breakfast the plates were dirty and my husband had to go through 7 to find a clean one. We are not picky but they had obvious stuff on them like left over eggs.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was clean. Staff friendly. And the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very nice and my only complaint is about housekeeping. I stayed for 3 nights and did request housekeeping. The first day my dirty dishes were left in the sink but the bed was made. Same with the second day, still more dishes left undone. Third day dishes STILL not done, bed NOT made, trash not removed, and the only thing they did was pick up the towels on the bathroom floor. Just for kicks, I left an unopened roll of toilet paper that had fallen onto the floor right where it was. The housekeeper didn't even pick it up and put it back. Everything else went well.

Loved almost everything about this stay. New hotel that was clean, smelled great, had great breakfast, and ample parking. I do wish the walls were a little bit thicker, but everything else was excellent.

Breakfast had many healthy options. The gym was clean and contained all items needed for a good workout. Room was very clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this locarion before and always recommend it.

The staff was always friendly and helpful and always went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. We had an impromptu BBQ in the patio area and they were quick to show us how to set everything up and use the firepit. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit.

Very nice property, staff, and room. The Hyatt quality I expect. The breakfast was good each morning. However, there was a random motor/fan noise in our room unrelated to the heat/AC that was extremely annoying. We stayed 3 nights and had trouble sleeping for all 3 nights because of this mystery noise.

We chose this property because it had great reviews, hot breakfast and especially a hot tub. Sadly the hot tub was out of service. I had called the 800 number before booking and they told me it was available. The breakfast items were not very hot for even though we arrived early. The brown sugar for oatmeal was hard as a rock. THE OMLET WAS DELICIOUS!

Expedia said pet friendly. I read every word to see if there was a fee and found nothing. Upon arrival I was charged $75. The lady who checked me in was not helpful and didn't even try to do anything to make me happy. She just blamed Expedia and said I should have checked Hyatt's website. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and they didn't clean my room, said I had to request it and by then it was too late. Also found a french fry on the floor after check in. Would not stay again. At check out, I was told that Expedia would give me a receipt and I'd get the $25 incidental charge credited back. Instead I have an additional charge for $50 (to add up to $75) and no receipt to show for the charges the hotel made.

I love staying at this hotel! I have been many times for business, and it’s always a great experience. It’s incredibly clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are always friendly. The free breakfast is way more than what most hotels do, and the hotel bar has great appetizers.

The location was very nice. The hotel and surrounding areas were pretty builds and it felt very safe there. Most of the staff was super friendly, especially the front desk, and it was nice to have hot food for breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and it was nice that they offered a variation of breakfast each morning, however, the scrambled eggs were definitely....not real eggs. I recommend getting an omlet made if you want eggs. The room was very clean which is extremely important! The reason I am giving 3 stars is because of how thin the walls are and how much you can hear from the surrounding rooms. Its not cool to know when your upstairs and nextdoor neighbors are using the restroom. Everytime the toilet flushed it sounded like heavy rain coming down inside the walls and the sliding bathroom door slamming each time confirmed what we were hearing. Yikes. This is really not fun at 3 AM when it wakes you up because your neighbor is clearly having some kind of issue. Yikes! It's unfortunate because I really liked this hotel otherwise and felt safe here!

My wife and I stayed here because it was convenient for a visit with our newest grandchild. We booked through Expedia, but needed to extend our stay for one night due to a snowstorm. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful, especially Rylie, and the extension was seamless. Large, clean room, convenient location, helpful staff. What more could you want.

Enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House Provo/Pleasant Grove. My check-in was quick and I was upgraded, which was nice. The room was quiet and clean. Not always the case with hotels over a family holiday weekend. Breakfast was great with so many options including cooked to order omelets. I stopped at the front desk because I needed some medication for an oncoming migraine and they were a fantastic help so that I didn't need to leave the property.

When checking in I noticed an unpleasant smell, almost like sewage. I also smelled a strong odor of air freshener trying to cover it up. This smell was through out the building and in my room. I figured that if it was in the lobby, the building, and in my room, it was not worth changing rooms.
