This was a super dirty room we had to clean, rooms are soooooo small, please do not rent for a family of 4 max 2 people fit in these micro room, on the outside looks amazing but on the inside small, cramped, shower water did not go down, poor cleansiness at this hotel.

WOW! Loved staying here for the second time. Easy parking, hotel is modern, new, spotless, with super comfortable beds. Love the dog friendly covered bar/patio so we could relax and enjoy a beer after a hard days drive. There are gravel spots for Fido to do her business and they even provide bags. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Will definitely be a stop on our annual migration yearly. 😄👍

Ive stayed at this hotel off and on over the past 3 years. My trips are all business based and fit my company budget. The overall quality is excellent, I highly recommend this hotel, great service ,recently added a new restaurant into the mix. Looking forward to my monthly trips to Torreon

this is a budget hotel so the rooms are very basic, the bed is quite uncomfortable as it has a very thin mattress over a hard surface; however it is quite new, it has at least three dining options within a 3 minute walking distance. The hotel is Pet-Friendly, however there's a charge for having your pet, and you need to leave a deposit during your stay for any damage caused to the hotel by the pet.

Very nice personality Francisco the security guard. From the first time he opens the entrance door for us and offers to help us with our luggage. I fe safe in the property with my family. Very nice and clean place. The only thing i didn’t like is the restaurant Bar by the side of the hotel. Me and my family get some street Mexican food and trying to eat at tye tables outside and they ask us to leave because it wasn’t food from them. We offer to purchase drinks from them and they denied. I was feeling really disappointed because they said fhese tables area didn’t belong to the hotel. So I get confused because it where attached to the hotel area. Othee then that. I will comes back again

The view was not that great but the other amenities we encountered made it up for the lack of a nice view. It was a bit hard to find a pet-friendly hotel and we decided to take a chance with Ibis. We were not disappointed.

It was so modern, clean staff was so awesome! From the moment I stepped on the property I felt welcomed. The quality of hospitality is 5 star. I loved the decor ambiance was so cool. Having everything close like the bar, restaurant that had a patio excellent. I will be back, thank you.

We like this property even though the rooms are quite small. No hand towels or wash cloths. No walking area for dogs. But very convenient, clean and sound proof which is a real plus. We stay on our way to and from USA to Mazatlan. We will continue to stay there. The staff is very personable.

This hotel was in great condition and very modern. It felt very safe, and the shopping center around had good dining options as well as the restaurant in the hotel. The rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Having dogs with us felt awkward but we made it through just fine. We would definitely stay here again!

Too extreme eco-friendly! No frig, microwave, or small toiletries of shampoo/soap in room. No hand towels. Had to ask for ice at bar, gave it to me in a plastic bag and kept in bathroom sink (not ideal to keep medication cool). 4 of us in room but only had 2 towels and had to ask for 1 roll of toilet paper as there was none in room. We did get 2 mini water bottles and soap dispenser is on shower wall and sink wall. Cafe area good and food okay. Hard to drink smoothie with paper straw as it comes apart easily and I end up eating paper.

The hotel is located in a very nice part of town. The staff is very attentive and quick to assist. The room is small, has the basic amenities necessary, and is relatively comfortable. It is definitely not a hotel for long stays. It is kept clean and well maintained.

El hotel en general no es malo (como edificio), pero hay detalles muy marcados que no se pueden ignorar, el baño es muy muy pequeño, el servicio del Hotel es bien a secas (mínimo necesario), pero el de restaurant es especialmente malo, el desayuno estaba incluido y desde que llegamos el trato fue a menos, "son de cupon ¿verdad?" como con una categoría inferior, "Solo hay chilaquiles verdes y rojos, si quieren algo diferente lo tienen que pagar, ¿niños? no no tenemos nada para niños y la única bebida que incluye el desayno es café" Para colmo permiten que el estacionamiento se use para motocicletas que no respetan espacios ni vías, se molestan cuando un coche bien estacionado queire salir y las motos estan estorbando, pese que tienen ahí personalidad de seguirdad, se los permiten.El Hotel no es "Kids Friendly" y aunque tiene buena decoración hay una enorme desincronía entre la imágen y el servicio.En general no volvería a esta propiedad y no la recomiendo.
