well run hotel with comfortable clean modern rooms, very convenient to airport. Depending on time of year, can be VERY expensive. On the other hand, it is sooo much better than the surrounding hotels - which typically dreary and awful - so maybe it's worth the extra few hundred dollars.

Great place to stay between flights, especially from domestic to international or vice versa. Conveniently on Airtrain so you don't even have to leave the airport.

This was a perfect jumping off point to head back home on a very early morning flight. That being said food was VERY expensive. Even the grab and go. If we hadn’t turned our car in early we would have left property to eat. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Wow! The architecture and decor and food are all fabulous! And the hotel is eco friendly, with recycling and without plastic water bottles in the room. The views from the restaurant and the rooms are stunning; the lighting in the room can be adjusted and you can hop right onto the SFO internal train. Convenient, gorgeous, and all around wonderful!

Fun staycation for us. Great room, nice amenities, friendly and efficient service. My husband loves airplanes, so we got a room with a runway view. If we do this again, I would get a room on a higher floor (we were on the 9th) in order to get a better view.

It was suggested that driving in from up north the evening before your flight would make for a non stressful trip and that was correct. Valet parking , easy check-in and a wonderful meal. A 5 minute team from the airport next day and yes a non stress beginning to our trip.

We had a room facing the runway and we had very little noise from the outside. However the inside has little or no insulation between rooms. We had to listen to a person coughing and talking loud all night long. It was to the point neither my husband nor I could sleep. As we had to get up very early to catch a flight, it was a miserable night.

Less is more . Simply the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in .Everything was meticulously thought out in detail . The beds and linen were superb.
The staff were all well trained and helpful.
I only had breakfast but it was beautifully prepared .
My only criticism was that the bath towels were so fluffy that I could hardly close my suitcase .

Like a lot of people, I picked this hotel because I had an early flight out of SFO the next day. Other hotels I use in different cities for the same reason often show wear and tear, and they appear crowded at times. Not this one - my room, the lobby and bar area (where I had dinner), everything was nice and in very good condition. Nice staff, too.

Staff is friendly. Convenience store has an interesting selection and is reasonable. Room is comfortable, huge compliments for the shower having both overhead and wand. Proximity to airport is great, however, it is nowhere near anything else and the location is very confusing for ride share drivers to find. Also, geometry of the building suffers from being wedged into a specifically-sized property so lots of diagonals and non-intuitive layouts.

My wife and I flew in late from Boston and knew that we needed a good night rest prior to continuing our trip. The Grand Hyatt was perfect for our needs - just 3 stops from where we arrived on the Air Tran. The staff was friendly and quick and we were in our very comfortable and clean room sleeping within an hour.
