The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and they actually provided Dove soap and lotion rather than weird hotel soaps that just dry out your skin. The kitchenette was perfect for our small family and made things so much easier with kids. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely be back!

We stayed 4 nights while we visited Disneyland, and we loved this hotel. Comfortable beds, pretty good breakfast fare, lots of room and the staff was all VERY friendly and helpful. 20 minute drive to the park and worth the drive every day for the comforts we had here. Would definitely stay again.

It was amazing. Friendly quick check-in. The stocked with everything except food kitchen was a welcomed surprise. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room.

Reserved a room with accessible bathroom and did not have one. When I called the front desk they said they were sold out. What are reservations for then? Seems that if you order a hotel with an outside service, they mistreat you.

They decided to add on a $20. parking fee and when I asked 3 times to speak to a manager they told me she would call me. She did not. I called her and left a voicemail but I was completely ignored. I will not stay there again

This is my second stay at Staybridge. The room was ok but the bathroom floor was filthy. The grout between the tile had so many different colors you could see it has never been properly cleaned.

This was a nice spot. I chose this one over others for the EV parking. There where 6 stations, but only 2 worked. They let guests park in the only 2 working EV changing spaces and never fixed the broken stations. I did report it to several different front desk employees but nothing was ever resolved. This was really frustrating because I probably would have stayed elsewhere if I knew I actually couldn't charge the car. Otherwise, there's no housekeeping on weekends, but they have us extra towels when we asked. Breakfast was pretty standard. The pool was fine, but not all that warm to swim in the winter, and there's no hot tub. Additional $20/day parking. The location is fine. Overall, it was fine, but not especially memorable either way.

Front office staff very unfriendly, room smelled like it was smoked in. Wasn't told about the complimentary breakfast. They just gave me they key and at check out was a " by the way its $20 for parking"

Booked a 1 queen bed room for one night. Checked in late after being at Disney the whole day. We were surprised to get a 2 bedroom suite with a nice kitchen. Wish we stayed more than one night!

Guests, staffs. People in general, where we stayed. Are kind, respectful and friendly. It’s been a long time since I’ve been in a place that gives you a warm feeling. Sure there are always one or two, in a crowd, that’s not so friendly. But they’re ignored right away. Why have them ruin your day. Thanks Expedia!!!

Some things were very good and some things not so much. The good- Hotel and room appeared to be very clean and pleasant. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The morning breakfast is very good. Food was well prepared and there was a nice variety. The not so good- In our room a couch cushion was torn with the interior foam protruding. There was also a rip in end of the same couch. Parking was a challenge one night because the lot was full but staff allowed us to park in a space reserved for registering guests. The biggest disappointment was I turned on the light in the kitchen very late one evening to find 4 roaches scurrying on the counter. I alerted staff the next day and was informed that the room would be treated once we checked out.

The front desk staff was very rude unfortunately. I was repeatedly hung up on when trying to request a trash pick up, toilet paper and towels as no one had serviced the room for 2 days. There was a lock and tpilet oaoer roll broken. The room itself was nice and spacious and the beds and sheets were very comfortable. Television options were great and convenient to hook your devices to.

First time going here & with our dog. It was a very smooth check-in & they have your room ready within minutes. Comfy beds, pillows, & so much space. Would come again! Only thing is the shower in the bathroom had really low water pressure. But nonetheless it was great!

Great trip however there was eight of us in a suite maybe six towels total front desk told us to call if we needed more for housekeeping to bring them. There was no house keeping when we called. Then we went down to the desk the next morning to ask for towels and there was no towels clean.

Loved that the hotel was newer, clean, well staffed and convenient to things. Thr included breakfast had a ton of options and the layout of the rooms were great. The 4 stars was for $20 parking per day. Parking was listed as included on the 3rd party website. Sign at check in with the $20 fee that makes me think this is a newer added cost to your stay there. Given the location, you would have to have a car or use a uber/lyft service. Although convenient, you cant walk anywhere. 4 stars also because there is just not enough options in the marketplace store which is tiny and has expired food. We had to take items back and get reimbursed because they sold us items expired in july. They also looked bad/damaged. Would stay again and plan for the $20 per day parking fee and make sure to bring more snacks ans drinks with us.

Overall it’s a nice place to stay. Rooms are pretty descent. However, the entire 2nd floor wreaked of weed the night we arrived. We discussed it with security and the next morning it was addressed. There was a consistent weird smell in hallways and elevators. Not necessarily a foul odour but a chemical smell that wasn’t very pleasant. Nevertheless, the overall experience was a positive one.

Was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the room was being close to the airport. Was close to my venue and easy to find from airport. Food options down the road were great, even grocery store near by. Just couldn’t plug in my firestick because of theft device on back of the tv.

I have stayed at the Staybridge suites for a total of 3 times for business. The staff is friendly at the front but each time I stay, there is always something missed by the housekeeping team each time I've checked into a room. The first time was hair in the shower; another time, the toilet paper roll holder was on the floor; the third, the body wash container wasn't filled in the shower. The king suites are in much better condition than the queen studios which are awful and very poorly maintained. The walls are so thin that you can hear just about anything, even if you are in the fourth floor. I will try looking for another hotel to stay at when I'm on another business trip in Irvine. But I guess for the price, at least the staff is friendly.

The gym was in poor condition: missing weights, no headphones to listen to monitor on treadmills, TV on wall didn't work. The problems weren't addressed after the front desk was informed. The same problems existed the year prior.
