I can’t say enough great things about Edward the owner and his charming accommodations!! We arrived after the car rental closed He graciously answered our call for help. He is friendly, knowledgable,and a great communicator . The place was spotless We will be back for sure

Beautiful apartment! Super clean. Very close to food and a little grocery store. Edward was incredibly nice!! I wish we would have paid closer attention to the description and had him come and pick us up from the air port instead of messing with trying to get a cab and then figuring out where we needed to go with limited communication. Will definitely stay here again if we need an overnight on the way back to the states!! ❤️

This is a perfect place to stay, especially if you need a hotel close to the airport! Our apartment was completely updated and sparkling clean. Edward and his wife were so kind and very easy to communicate with. Edward took us to the airport in the morning and the transportation was so easy. We will definitely stay here again when visiting San Jose!

We stayed briefly as we were catching an early morning flight from SJO. We wished we could have stayed longer as the accommodations were so comfortable and clean. Edward made us feel very welcome. He also arranged a ride to the airport for us at 3:00 a.m. and the driver was right on time. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is a great place to stay especially if you want a place close to the airport. Super clean and comfortable, nice and safe neighborhood that you can walk to get groceries or eat out at restaurants, and Edward and his family is super nice and accommodating to your needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Edward is super helpful and made communication very easy! We stayed here for our flight in and out from San Jose airport and it was the perfect little bnb spot to start and finish our adventure in Costa Rica!

Edward is super helpful and happy to respond to questions. The apartment is absolutely spotless and within minutes of the airport. That of course means there is noise from the planes and the street. But the beds are clean and comfortable and we felt safe and cared for. Would absolutely stay there again and hope to! Transportation to and from the airport was an added bonus.

This property has two bed rooms, very convenient for people who can't share room. Kitchen got everything you need. Host Edward was wonderful, driving us to airport at 3am!!!!!! and exchange our remaining Costa Rica currency for a fair rate!!!!! So you don't have to be ripped off by the airport currency exchange robbery station.

We stayed here for one night before renting a car and driving up to La Fortuna. But if we had planned to stay in San Jose longer, we would have been happy to stay at this place! -Edward was easy to communicate with and was very welcoming and helpful. -The room was pristine and beautifully decorated. -The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. -The bed was comfortable. -There was a little kitchen with everything you’d need to cook. -Coffee and a small selection of herbal teas were provided. -WiFi worked great. -While you can hear the planes and cars (being that it is near an airport and in a city), we slept great and didn’t find the noise bothersome. -There was a little basket of beautiful bracelets at very reasonable prices and I’m still kicking myself for not buying a couple. :) -We’d planned to have him pick us up from the airport but when we arrived he was having car trouble and couldn’t come to get us. However he had a friend who he sent instead and it all worked very smoothly. The airport WiFi does not work well outside the building so next time we will get that all figured out before we exit instead of standing awkwardly in the one spot where we had a signal, lol. -The place is close to the airport, across the street from a small market, an easy walk to several restaurants, and about a half mile from Adobe-Rent-a-Car.

This place was perfect for our family. Super clean and the owner Edward was super attentive. He even went out of his way to suggest places to visit while in the area and even gave us coffee for us to have while in his place. Will definitely recommend this place anytime !

Our host was excellent. Very responsive to our needs, and invested in making sure our stay was a quality one. The apartments are on the second floor, which was nice as you had a little of a view over the neighborhood Some of the surrounding buildings are a bit rough, but its a neighborhood and the families know each other and look out for each other, so we felt safe at all times. There's a very small market across the street with basics. The apartment kitchen has everything you need to make things except the food itself. A great economy stay.

This property was close to the airport and convenient to access highways in three area. The owner picked us up from the airport and rented us a SUV for our stay in Costa Rica. Cheaper than the chain hotels in the area.

Edward was very very nice, and very easy to communicate with. And the space was very nice as well. Just FYI, the bar and hammocks are in a common area, shared with two other apartments.

Edward and his family are THE BEST HOST I’ve had in a while and I do a lot of traveling. Edward was very hands on with me & my friends. He helped us with anything we needed. From transportation, tour guide, food, etc. His wife cooks an amazing breakfast for us that was very resonable price. There place is updated and very clean. I would recommend their place for solo and small group travelers (1-4ppl). I give their place and service a 10/10
