I had a gift card and a one key payment. I had to book the whole stay separately. I had to explain to Ashlee at the front desk. She was so amazing and professional. She gave such a phenomenal impression on me and my family. She was patient and kind. It was busy because of a basketball tournament. She was fast and efficient. Definitely will come back!

It was the worst. I stayed here 2 weeks prior to this stay which is why I came back. This particular stay was the worst for any hotel I’ve stayed. Noise on our floor all night. Got up early to leave because it was that bad.

Hotel exceeded all expectations. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. No smells. Only drawback - beautiful 84 degree day and the pool is closed til late May

It was just an over nighter. We were moving a van full of furniture from Florida to NY and my wife and i were very tired after driving since early that morning. The check in was very quick and easy and the room was clean and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay there on future trips.

The property was clean well kept and very friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t like the broken but taped up window in our room fell like it should have been replaced by the look of the tape it had been there for a while. That just made it it look tacky.

My room had ants , the comforters had sheets had stains , there was hair on the towels and washcloths and all over in the floor in the bathroom, we ended up leaving a day before check out

It was lovely & CLEAN but the elevators were faulty & it seemed that the receptionist could do nothing about it. It’s not her fault…you need to get the repairman on it ASAP

Great hotel and great customer service at the front desk. Room was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable after a long day of travel. Breakfast was better than most. Which is a real compliment in todays world where most hotels have cut corners at the breakfast bar to save on expense. Would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived for check in we couldn’t find anyone to check us in. After finally getting checked in as we were walking down the hall to our room you could hear a dog barking and that never stopped. The beds sounded like we were banging on a piece of tin every time you moved. When we went for breakfast in the morning ( an hour before it ended) they were out of everything. There wasn’t any milk for cereal, they didn’t have any muffins or anything like that. No one was friendly at all. Lastly the batteries in the door died and the maintenance man wasn’t surprised because apparently he knew they were dying but no one changed them.

This is an amazing place. I really can't say enough about it. You will want to take one of those pillows home, so be prepared, lol. Very clean room/bathroom, liked the new trend to having shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handwash and lotion built right into the bathroom/shower now. Not really a Dove fan, I like the Zero brand some places provide. 2 great restaurants within steps of the hotel, Outback and Texas Steakhouse. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Whole place is super clean!

This was the first time we stayed in Holiday Inn Express and will definitely return when we travel south. Unit was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
