La fenêtre de la chambre recouverte d'un autocollant pour masquer la vue sur la soufflerie...inacceptable pour un 4 étoiles! L'hôtesse d'accueil qui a notre arrivée ne retrouve qu'une seule réservation alors qu'il y e avait 2, et qui nous dit qu'elle ne pourra rien faire pour nous car l'hôtel est complet! Au finale il s'agissait juste de lire les bons noms! Les femmes de ménages qui parlent et rigolent fort dans les couloirs dès 8h30! Vraiment dommage...

Clean modern comfortable Easy acres to Town

Comfortable clean room with great seaview. Very helpful staff who stored our bikes for us and also looked after our bags when we passed through town a few days later- much appreciated

the room said city view and all the view was a picture of the city stuck on the window….room was very small to!

All excellent. Amazing room and breakfast for the price. Minor quibble room opposite the lift so some noise But acceptable to get the room

This hotel was in an excellent location overlooking the seafront and the promenade. Wonderful views out to sea. We had a sea view and the room was quiet and very comfortable. The large bed was extremely comfortable. We liked the bathroom which was a good size and included a bath and a shower over the bath.

The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room. I guess this was because we were at the furthest end of the building. It was a pity that the bar was only open at certain times relating to serving dinner for guests . Surprisingly for a large hotel there was no lounge area
