Nestled in Side, this lovely villa for $423 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This stunning villa has been awarded the prestigious CNBC best design property of Europe award. Generously spaced inside & out with beautifully landscaped gardens and very large terraces looking out onto spectacular views. It also has the added luxury of a jacuzzi hot tub in the master bedroom. It is situated on a 5* development with access to onsite restaurant and children play area. The villa contains many luxurious details inc separate kitchen/dining area with cooking island feature. In the village there are numerous shops to get all groceries. For Golf enthusiasts nearby Belek is a golfers paradise with 12 Championship courses and a Links course 30 mins away. Side main centre is a short drive, where you will find many historic ruins, bars, shops & restaurants. You can also enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach promenade & walk into Side. In Kumkoy there is a new beach club open called Coppa Beach. Perfect if you want to sunbathe on the grass but directly on the beach. On site there is a restaurant, bar . Also if you want a fabulous day out, then head to Land of Legends, Europes Largest waterpark . There is also a theme park next door.

Booking process was nice and easy and Sharon was helpful all the way through, the Villa itself is a good size, my family of 5 had plenty of room and the kids loved the pool which is a nice size with plenty of pool toys like lilos and water guns etc, the restaurant over the road was fantastic, prices were extremely good and if you base your money on 20 pounds a head for dinner with a starter and a drink you will not go wrong, full English breakfast was about £5 a head and was again very nice with bacon and English sausages, if you need shopping ask the lady called Jessie in the restaurant to book you a taxi, cost about £6 return and about £10 return into Side with all the shops and bazaars, I personally would not recommend hiring a car as the driving there is something to be desired, too tip is to use Lira over there although they price in Euros, you get more for your money in Lira, the Villa will not disappoint you with 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, the pool area is large with plenty of comfortable seating and sun beds around the pool, views over the Taurus mountains are beautiful, highly recommend the jeep safari, be prepared on all the trips to get very wet and take a scarf for over your mouth for dusty routes off road in the jeep and sun glasses to protect your eyes or you’ll be paying 5 Euros for each item which you will need, we used Side Tours and Mamet was helpful and also did our airport transfers. All in all a great family holiday, great location, fantastic Villa.

Sharon’s villa is absolutely wonderful, great open spaces, large bedroom, great air con (needed!) and the most delightful pool and outside area! We could not have wished for a better 2 weeks holiday! Side is the local old town offering lots of great shops, harbour and history!
We are already thinking of coming back!

Lovely stay in Sharons villa in Illica
Our Family from Denmark had a very nice stay in Sharons villa. Rooms and terrasse area are very nice. Pool was clean and the area around the pool were perfect for the whole family to relax in. Sun for some and shade for others. Sharon made sure we had all the info we needed. Nice little restaurant across the road with good food to very fair prices. We were very happy for our stay.

A wonderful break!
Wow! This property is stunning. Set on a hillside so there are stairs to deal with but it is all worthwhile for the space and view. The rooms are large, apart from a smaller twin room on the ground floor. The outside pool area steals the show, it is truly stunning with an amazing view. There are food shops nearby for all of your needs, beach around 15 mins drive, Side old harbour around 20 mins away. The weather was perfect, the people friendly and the lira made everything great value. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thank you so much for letting us study. We will definitely return x

The villa is very spacious (!) and nicely decorated. Everything nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and terrace and pool are awesome! The garden is well kept and the pool is maintained regularly.
The villa is located within walking distance to several grocery stores and restaurants. All in local prices, which is way cheaper than in the touristed areas 10 min away. And it also has the most wonderful view of fields, cattle and sheep.
Definitely recommended.

What an amazing Villa
This is the best accommodation we have stayed in and we have stayed in many. The Villa was absolutely amazing and the views across the local farmland were beautiful. two weeks wasn't enough though, the accommodation was across three floors this Villa is very spacious, bright and comfortable. Sharon the owner is very easy to deal with and is super helpful, the directions to the Villa from the airport were spot on, nothing was a problem for Sharon, giving us really useful information on the local areas, things to do and being there if we needed her. I would recommend this Villa for a beautiful family holiday. We are trying to book the Villa for next year, the only disappointment will be if it is fully booked. The restaurant across the road that you can use was lovely, food was great and staff very friendly, Tuncay is coming to stay with us for two weeks in November and Erkan was always ready to help. Back in Blighty for two weeks and we wish we were back in Turkey what an amazing country. Mark & Shirley Burn

Stunning Spacious & Modern Villa
Had a fantastic stay at this top of the range villa last summer in August last year. We were two families of four and there was plenty of space for all of us. It truly is luxurious and very well equipped.
The area of Turkey was very nice too & Sharon gave us plenty of information before we arrived.
I would recommend hiring a jeep or car to get around on some days.
We would definitely go back.

Lovely stay
Sharon was very helpful and flexible with arrival dates. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. We did have issues with the TV and power cuts, but it was sorted out eventually. The management people however do rely on contact by Whatsapp, which when you don't have an internet connection is not very useful. The villa doesn't have it's own internet connection which is a bit misleading, you can however get it at the restaurant - which is very friendly and the staff are very welcoming.

Impressive, modern and very spacious villa in a very quiet location but with easy access to the excellent resort of Side. The owner was extremely helpful and flexible at every stage of the process which was a big advantage. One of the best villas we have stayed in and as a total package it would be difficult to beat. Highly recommended.

Canrt believe we left this beautiful villa and surroundings to come back home. We had an amazing time. The Pepper Lounge restaurant in Manavgat was beautiful. Thank you for recommending this away from tourist trap. Lovely ambience and was nice to dress up for our special occassion. Kids were thoroughly entertained and was kind of you to provide outdoor toys for them. It was also nice to stay in a villa that has been tastefully done and not your usual run of the mill rentals. We stayed at Spring Villa with friends and family and had a superb holiday. The villa is in a stunning location with views of the Taurus Mountains. The villa itself is beautiful and had everything you would need. The air-con is excellent and was very welcome with outside temperatures in the 40's. The patio areas are great with top quality sun beds and cushioned seating. The garden is well presented with gorgeous orange trees. Eating out in Side was very good. We probably ate out at least 10 nights in a different restaurant each time and did not have one poor meal. We found that a lot of the restaurants will also do a free pick up. You just need to ask. We can recommend SpringVilla for anyone wanting a beautiful villa. We would certainly stay there again was lovely. Absolutely spotless it was like home from home. Very easy to get to Side and surrounding areaCar wasn't needed as the courtesy bus was excellent.

JUST PERFECT!! AMAZING VILLA
Canrt believe we left this beautiful villa and surroundings to come back home. We had an amazing time. The Pepper Lounge restaurant in Manavgat was beautiful. Amazing Villa
Impressive, modern and very spacious villa in a very quiet location but with easy access to the excellent resort of Side. The owner was extremely helpful and flexible at every stage of the process which was a big advantage. One of the best villas we have stayed in and as a total package it would be difficult to beat. WOW Amazing Villa
Spring villa was amazing and far exceeded our expectations both in terms of space and facilities - the best equipped holiday home we have stayed in. The pool was a fantastic size and we especially loved our midnight dips!! Our bedroom was amazing as we had the luxury of the large jacuzzi in our room which was a real treat. It is easily accessible to get around. Lots to do in the resort. you can tell it is well looked after not just your usual holiday rental. Towels and bedding were lovely. it was just wonderful to come down in the morning and open up the large patio doors and look straight out to the mountain views. we had an amazing time and weather just perfect. Definitely worth a visit. We will be back
