This Hotel is one of the best i have ever been to. The feeling of being in a community type place makes you feel home. We can even access the beach and amenities of hamra residence which is located near by. Mr. Safwat was amazing , he gave us an upgrade to junior suite even though we had booked just for a king bedroom. Mr.Zahid was kind and helpful taking care of my checkout formalities. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have a peaceful stay.

There was such a calm atmosphere around the place. The room and all observable areas were very clean. The staff were excellent. Jen, who I believe was an operator was extremely helpful in a-laying our fears after we were delayed beyond our check-out time.

There were no issues that in anyway spoilt our stay.

There was no assistance with Baggage to take to the room which was on 1st floor with no lift

Rooms and bathrooms have decor that is ageing

Its not good for family holiday .. for dinner and break fast need to go next property.. even the pool in the property was not working during morning

The Room size was the best of all.

The Swimming pool seemed not to be cleaned for long time. Too many mosquitoes. The open area of the room with too much dirt. The rooms will not be ready even at 4.30pm and the system will show clean and manually not cleaned. Absolutely poor room service and no one takes the call for a long time. If you ask for something it comes after ages. Only visit if this is the only option left.

Nothing special, service is very bad no one is responsive

The room was very dirty, the floor the table the mattress everything was not clean at all — the room phone was not working and we asked for the staff to make it work and no one cared — we asked to clean the floor and room when we checked in no one came — we stayed in a room while its super dirty and dust everywhere

Previous good experiences

Road works not reported when we booked. We are both over 65 and had to walk with our luggage and other goods. Would not have booked if I knew that

The ambience of a cultural heritage is good.

The receptionist staff is only one at night and backing her up to assist the guests swiftly is slow. Requested for chairs, no one is attending immediately at least can respond that they they cannot provide the request. Slow action to attend a request.

The hotel itself really bad experience - no one responded on the counter 10 times if i call then only they will entertain the requests. Room size small plus service was pathetic - Even rooms looks like old aged place

It was ok

Booking.com provided wrong information regarding the total amount I would pay at the property. As per their email if I pay more than the amount they mentioned, I would have to send them the invoice. The hotel confirmed that if I send the invoice to booking.com they will refund the balance. Hotel charged me extra and now booking.com is changing their story. Final result is that I overpaid by Aed 900 plus

Staff was very friendly & helpful

I like to exercise in the morning. The gym did not open early enough, nor was the pool available for a swim in the morning. I understand with the pool having to have a life guard and do not want early noise by offset rooms, but I don't understand why the gym could not open at 6 or 6:30 to accommodate getting to office by 8:00

Great location near to Al Hamra Golf Course. Pool area comfortable and well appointed. Bar and restaurant nice. Super efficient check in process.

Issues with room AC and cooling, along with a WIFI hub which flashed all night long. AC mixed between cooling and not cooling all night (despite being on 21 degrees throughout). Engineer said twice it was fine, when it was not.
