Red Doors booked 1 wrong room per the concierge.. showed them the correct bookings and payment on this app,, instead of correcting the error, they insisted on sticking with the incorrectly booked rooms.. it was resolved after a lot of talking and long wait.. last thing we needed after a long day.. Aircon in 2 out of 4 rooms barely worked.. was too tired to do anything about so some woke up sweaty the next day.. there's no phone signal in the bldg and they kept giving wifi passwords that don't work.. they couldn't charge the card used to book the room and were askng for cash/gcash pmt..
