Overall our we were happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean! Our room was very clean and comfortable! The only thing that we were not satisfied with was the breakfast buffet, we were really disappointed in the breakfast buffet to be honest. The reasons why we were disappointed are there was not enough seating room to sit down and eat your breakfast and there was no bacon, the sausage patties were very spicy and cold, the scrambled eggs were cold. And the hash brown patties were gross and cold as well! Wish they had pancakes as an option as well!

Absolute trash… Do not stay at this hotel! Partying, yelling, cars racing. There is a club/bar in the shopping center beside the hotel. This went on most of the night until early morning. 11-4:00 a.m. (at least) we were supposed to stay two nights, checked out the next morning. I asked for the manager, there wasn’t one on duty. Finally got a hold of him once we were home after numerous phone calls (Rodney) he was not accommodating at all would not issue a refund, told me I made the choice to leave so why would he give us a refund and that I didn’t speak to a manager or come down to the lobby while all this was going on! Can’t speak to a manager when there isn’t one on duty! He even admitted he was aware of everything going on and that he had to stay over his shift to try to control the situation, law enforcement was involved as well for the parting etc. I asked about getting a hold of the general manager, his response was, I’ll tell her not to give you a refund but talk to her if you want. I just want others to be aware and not get taken by this hotel. They know this goes on and obviously they won’t inform guests of this. Aside from this, hotel/room wasn’t clean, shower leaked all over bathroom floor, hotel just smelt and looked dirty overall.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room key quit working and my daughter needed in the room. The housekeeper helped her get in, and the front desk was quick to fix our card. My only complaint was the elevators were under renovation, so there was only one working elevator. We had to wait a little longer for the elevator than I would have liked.

I got my car stalled in the parking lot not even take 30 minutes when I went into the hotel come back because I forget something in my car that was gone. I don’t recommend it at all.

We needed a place to stay for 1 night near our daughter's house in Zionsville. This hotel was close, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Upon check in we were not greeted. The guy at the desk barely spoke aside from telling me the room number. Didn’t tell us anything about what time breakfast was. Coffee machine was broken at breakfast and didn’t work in the room. Glad we were only staying one night. I would not recommend staying here to anyone unless you were in a pinch

The hotel didn’t have my reservation right, the room was not that clean and it smelled really really bad people where smoking in the room next to us and it was all on our room the experience was horrible don’t think we will be retuning to this location.

The room itself was nice. Spacious and clean. We were in a handicap accessible room right by the elevator, so we heard every guest coming on or off the floor. The shower was oddly situated. The showerhead was aimed right into the bathroom and the curtain was about 4" off the floor, so water poured onto the floor and it was quite a mess to clean up. There wasn't enough of a lip between the tile and the room carpet and could have flooded the room had we not caught it. Other than the noise and the shower, it was a comfortable stay although we missed out on breakfast because we slept in.

When I went to check in, there was a loud obnoxious party going on in the lobby at 10:15pm, I was told that breakfast ends at 9:30 but the next more they told us 9am. The pool was to open at 8am but was shut down due to someone pooping in the pool. Only one of the two elevators worked. Definitely won't be back.

The housekeeping staff is a bit lazy the forgot to clean our room 2 days in a row and we stayed there for 3 nights and was told the breakfast ended at 10 on the weekends went down at 9:15 and it was already put up. The manager was not helpful at all when asked about the room being cleaned either.

We were to stay at a sleep in and when we arrived we were told there wasn’t water and was being repaired. They didn’t anticipate having water until 1-2a.m. We ended up staying at the best western plus. I have to say anytime we stayed at a best western the stay has been very nice and comfort.

The staff was nice. The coffee maker in the room was broken and nonfunctional, but just a phone call to the front desk got me a replacement in less than 10 minutes. Good variety for breakfast. overall a very good low budget hotel.

This trip was not good! We were in a group - the night we checked in one of the other rooms had blood splatters on all the bedding/throw pillow. On night 3 of a 4 night stay we had no hot water when we returned around 10pm and the front desk staff completely refused to acknowledge the problem when we talked to them about it the next morning; said it's because too many people were showering. The most unhelpful staff I've met. Holes in the walls in hallway with wet carpet around them. It was bad enough that we packed up and left the 4th night and could not get any sort of help on canceling that night and/or crediting our card.
