Hotel rooms/facilities were very clean and comfortable. However, the pool was constantly filled with screaming children. We were here for a sword fighting tournament, and we need to be able to soak in the pool afterwards to relax our aching muscles. Screaming children make relaxation impossible, so please keep them elsewhere. Also, a hot tub is needed for said purposes.

My room was great and the young lady helped me with being able to park close to my entrance to my room. I had a slight handicap. Great room and very comfortable and clean

There must have been someone with the same name as me and they were checked in under our reservation. The first staff member we spoke to was very condescending and when we called her out, she became mean and rude. The second person we dealt with was very nice, helpful, and understanding.

Very comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly! The breakfast was clean and fresh. Hot food included vacon or sausage and these tasty little omelets.

Overall a very good experience! Had a wonderful breakfast. The toilet wound up running overnight but it was an easy fix. Some loud guests above our room.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and unless you ask for room to be cleaned in between nights they will not do it. Hotel is dirty rundown you can hear everything around you. Breakfast was not the usual for This chain. Carpet was dirty and dingy bathroom had mold behind the dated wallpaper. Sorry never at this location again

Breakfast was good and the guy working the breakfast was very friendly. He had stuff filled, cleared our plates for us and washed tables.

They didn't replenish our coffee supplies for the next day (nor any room service for that matter), the bathroom fan didn't work, the desk chair wouldn't stay elevated, and the bathroom door wouldn't stay open. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason and we all had to be evacuated and sit in our running cars to stay warm. No explanation, no apologies, and no comp for our inconvenience.

It was quiet. The food was standard. The building was clean. The staff were kind and helpful. As for the building itself, it seems to be aging. One of the curtains was missing from the window. The plaster was crumbling in certain areas. The room design was very utilitarian with no aesthetics and what appeared to be eclectic arrangement other than the central location of the bed.

All good, however, and I think this is a matter among all hotels, carpets, you need to take better care of carpets; after walking barefoot on the carpet my feet start itching and burning.

Plumbing was in poor state of repair. The sink faucet was leaking. Room 305
The air conditioner didn't work correctly. The thermostat was set on 60 degrees and the unit only came on maybe once an hour. The room temperature had to be in the 80s. Poor sleeping environment. I covered with a sheet only and still sweat the bed wet.

Clean comfortable friendly staff. Parking lot was a little messy but the area had just received 18 inches of snow. The Bar and Grill next door sharing the same parking B52's is a good place for burgers and very popular.

Second time staying at this hotel and would stay again. Staff is great, rooms are clean and comfortable, shuttle service to MSP works smoothly.

We got there and found out the pool was closed for painting, have 2 kids that wanted to use it. Asked for a discount, was told it had been posted on the website since December, we did not see it. No discount. Next day the hallway and our room reaked from the paint fumes from it, staff couldn't care less.
Continental breakfast was good and staff attentive there. Beds were comfortable. Our fridge and microwave were just sitting on the floor of our room, weird.

The room was nice and clean. The pool was good but the hot tub was not open.

I like the location of this property close to places we needed to get to, we stayed 2 nights and after 1st night had to be moved to different room. First room had crusted dead bug stuck on wall, TV did not work, lightbulbs burnt out and then in morning we discoved shower button was broken it was not usable. That caused us to complain for a new room. Staff did move us right away, breakfast is good.

Staff members were exceptional. A couple of room/property items needed maintenance or cleaning, but the bed was clean and comfortable. The room was perfect for the quiet we needed to rest.
