The condition of the room was poor. The floor was so weak in the room that I was afraid to walk. Walls, Linens & iron board were stained.

I called before booking to ask if the hot tub was working and was told it was but when I got the the hot tub was malfunctioning and the smell of mildew was strong in the pool and hot tub area.

My stay was good. The facility seems a little run down but the staff was very friendly.

The property had like a stale smell. It needed to be more of a fresh smelling environment. The rooms needed to be aired out. It had like a musk smell. The staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast food was average wasn’t hot and fresh.

The lobby smelled; the floor around the pool was dirty and plenty with mold, rusty hinges, the walls at the bedroom were dirty, the carpet was dirty, too; bench and sofa-bed were filthy. No extra comforter for the pull-out bed. Guest-book folder was sticky and look like scratch paper. It was quite disgusting being at this hotel. The location was surrounded by vandalized houses. Did not feel safe. It's a pity that a hotel in such a beautiful location has such a poor management.

Trash still left in room, stained bedsheets, fridge damaged, and part of floor clearly covered with plywood instead of properly fixing.

Upon our arrival, We were given a room that the door opening was faulty, could not open even after we told the reception. Finally the door opened after a struggle. Inside the room now, the entrance light was not working and an AC was not working. I has to journey back to the front desk to report this again. After all this, we were given the next door room. The room I booked was facing the river side, so the 2nd room view of the river was blocked. I had to go back again to report that. They finally gave us the last floor after 3 consecutive shifting from one room to another and another. Well, the last room was ok, except that the only side of the window blind was missing. . The walls were dirty as if someone was walking on the wall. The place was quiet but with a lot of cats outside. The only thing is that the place is not really clean. The guest should not be greeted by spider webs by the elevator. Just a lot of faulty items that could be fixed and improve the quality of the place.

The room was humid and smelled like soil. The shower floor was scraped up with chipped paint.

TV was nonfunctioing for most of the day. Bed was lumpy and unccomfortable. At best, water in the shower was lukewarm,not hot. Water in sink took a long time to drain.

We enjoyed our getaway weekend! Hotel was very nice . Enjoyed our breakfast !

Our refrigerator was broken. The breakfast for the guests was supposed to be ready by 7AM. On a day that the community held events city wide the delay caused everybody to miss breakfast. Room was clean and housekeeping staff very nice. Elevator broken. The hotel was much better last year. Now I believe it is pricey for the area and the accommodations. Was disturbed to see on Memorial Day that the British Union Jack flag was displayed in center of three poles. USA flag off to the side. When using poles to display flags USA flag is to take center and be noticeably given due respects. We left the British and won independence so we do not owe the crown majesty any higher respect than is lawfully described in our own flag code. I won’t be returning to this place. A very luxurious hotel is just 4 miles away and has concierge plus lower prices.

The property is very old. The room was one of a motel and not a hotel. The bathrooms and the room was filthy. They had spiderwebs in the ceiling and in the corners of the room. The windows were dirty with hand prints and what appeared to be children kissing lips on the glass. The sheer curtains were stain with brown stuff all over them. The walls looked as if someone had taken several cans of soad and juices splattering them on the walls.

This is the ONLY hotel that I prefer, whenever I’m in the area, visiting family. Safe area. Clean hotel. Spacious rooms. And the breakfast serves REAL eggs. I absolutely love it!

We were greeted very warmly by Ronny. Entry was nice. Room looked out over the Mississippi River. Room was a little crowded with furniture and the bathroom was just okay. We met friends and had a nice sitting area in our room for drinks and conversation.

View from the room was amazing, a stunning Mississippi out of my window. Unfortunately the swimming pool has been under manteinance during our 3 days stay, my daughter was a bit sad! Staff was very friendly.

Overall the hotel was nice love the River front location but the bathrooms were not clean the walls were dirty the tub was dirty and the floor ! The walls really need an update after good scrubbing ! Hospital in breakfast area was amazing !

There were no working drink machines at the facility you had to purchase the drinks From the Front desk person out of the shop and they were at least $2 a piece and on top of that the air conditioner had issues where it act like. It didn't want to cut on and you had to cut it down. Really. Low and then it got really cold because before then it was really hot in the room before it would even click on..
