Excellent location, only a short trip to the beach. Has a great terrace with view of sea and of Etna. Host was very friendly, he explained some of the "quirks" as the building is older. If you follow them everything works perfectly.

The kitchen has a ceiling fan is shaky and feels like a hazard. It is safe to use, but makes a squeaking noise.

The location to this property is excellent, two minutes from the beach, near a bakery, to supermarkets, car hire and many restaurants. most importantly it is two minutes from a main bus stop meaning you do not need to hire a car. The property has beautiful seaviews looking across to taormina and mount etna. Guiseppe very kindly collected us when we missed our stop. Thank you Guiseppe.

Peppe's courtesy and communication were outstanding. He is an excellent host and provided us a lot of useful information about Giardini Naxos. The flat itself was beautifully presented and it felt like a really loved home. Well equipped, clean and tidy. The beds were really comfortable, kitchen well stocked with plenty of glasses, cups, and plates. WiFi internet working perfectly. Great location right near the beach, a supermarket, and bars just 5 minutes walking. We took public transportation to visit Taormina twice. Giardini Naxos is a quite vibrant place, especially when the sun is up but also for a drink the night. Thanks, we will be staying here again.

The kitchen is not the newest but Peppe said he will replace it soon before the summer.
