Rooms are nice, showers are perfect lava temp, and beds are sturdy. However, the keys never seem to work on the first try. And thankfully they didn’t. They had given our hotel room to another person after we had already checked in. And they were trying to enter the room at 2am. Talk about wake you up from a dead sleep to someone trying to gain access to your room while in your birthday suit!

Nice room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Would stay there again. Only negative is a lot of the wallpaper in the halls and stairway was falling off, otherwise it was a well maintained property.

Had to ask for pillows for the pull out bed. Had to go to the desk to get them. There was music playing all night. Breakfast was good. Shampoo, body wash were empty in the shower.

Very nice staff very safe. Breakfast room was very clean, and the food was fresh. The lobby with the fireplace was very comfort and any questions that I needed answered by the front counter or answered.. The decor in the room was very fresh and different than any other hotel. It felt like you were on a vacation. And the showers worked fantastic. Who did not belong in the building or breakfast area security escorted them out of the building.

We booked the Extended King with Whirlpool and got to the room just to find that the Whirlpool is broken. The amount of noise outside the hotel in the parking lot at 1, 2 and 3am was beyond loud and obnoxious. The light fixture in the center of the room sounded like a dinging bell everytime the people in the room above us were walking around or their child was running back and forth for an hour starting at 6:45am. The air conditioner in the room wasn't working correctly either. I ran the air all the way down to 62 and the room just never cooled off.

Large size room, comfortable bed, good shower, and great amenities! The walls were thin, but I was tired so I got a good night’s rest anyway.

The hotel was beautiful, not too hard to find.
Only aggravating thing was the fact that when we went to check in, they didn't have our room ready but they made it up by giving us some drink tokens.

First night there the front desk girl was amazing, getting us checked in. Went out to dinner and came back to loud music thought it was the bar down stairs. At 11 finally called down because the music hadn’t stopped, turns out there is a bar very close that plays loud music. They said they would try and switch me room the next day, and she gave me a small discount for the inconvenience. Next day called down to find out if I should pack our room to move, that lady was completely rude about it and how it’s not their fault there is a bar there. She said I needed to wait till 3. Went out for the day and got back to the hotel a little after 3, front desk moved me rooms finally.
Also when we checked in they told us the pool was down and would be open the next morning. Next morning came and they said it would be a couple hours. All day they just kept saying a couple more hours, it never opened while we were there. That was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

Check in staff were extremely slow. One person working at 4 pm with multiple people waiting in line. Trouble with one check in that required multiple phone calls. Other staffer then decided to help a woman making future reservations, only to have trouble doing so and holing up the line.
Also had trouble getting key card to work for entry in to room. Other than that the facilities were great.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean on all floors. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Chlorine in pool and hot tub was very strong, burning eyes when walking into pool area. Hotel appeared to be booked completely, so many people roaming hallways, running and yelling in hallways. Able to hear anyone walking around in rooms overhead. Police on scene for multiple complaints, later found out that they are stationed there every weekend. Complimentary breakfast was ok, not a lot of options to choose from. If going for a nice getaway I would be very disappointed. I dont know that we as a family will ever return.

The hotel it’s self was good. The other people there not so good. Police were there most of the night. Children running up and down halls they closed the pool due to a man touching children. The staff seem young and didn’t have the spine to stick up for their hotel.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and I did enjoy that aspect, but the service and breakfast were both awful.

What should have been a fun time was far from that. We checked in at 7:45pm when we entered the hotel it was swarming with police and people & kids running all over the place from a fight that happened at the pool. Because of that fight they closed the pool for everyone & we were told we would get a discount for the inconvenience but we never recd that. Then we had a maniac upstairs that kept pounding on the floor and walls over & over & same with the woman next to us. Kids were running all over the place & they assumed it was my grandkids which never left the room without one of the adults which were myself & their father, my son. We tried multiple times to contact the front desk & no one answered. We did not want to go down to the front desk due to all of the fighting & issues that welcomed up upon check in & almost the entire night. We spent almost $500 to have a night birthday weekend with my granddaughter and it was completely ruined. My grandkids were afraid that something was going to happen to them because little kids are not used to a huge police presence & a huge fight going on & they were upset they could not even swim due to the actions of others. We had the worst time ever & its sad because we like to do stay cations or spend birthday's or holidays at the hotel but after this we may reconsider ever coming again. They need police on every floor & in the pool area on weekends so this does not happen again!

I picked this property because I had heard good reviews-our intention was to come to the property to have a bit of a swim for my son’s birthday- we check in-they want to swim, we go& see small children w/no lifejackets, climbing then jumping off of the walls in the hot tub w/no parental guidance. Once we got into the hot tub, we found several areas of vomit, used Band-Aids, and a lot of garbage around tables.
This goes on for several more minutes until I finally I say to the lil guys you’re not supposed to jump in a hot tub it can be dangerous. I felt responsible as me &my husband were the only adults in the area at that time. More kids come up again no parental guidance and they’ve brought balls. Apparently one is supposed to be the watch for small kids but we became targets for the balls I’m guessing because I spoke up and I told the little boys be safe. I was hit more than once in the back of the head/on my chair. My son in the head as well. My young daughter is afraid now, crying because the big kids not letting her jump in (which was very cold) soon my son wishes to even go home he’s also getting bullied. We exit the pool area went upstairs. The AC or heat wouldn’t do anything unless we put it down to 62°. No one could sleep it was so hot or very cold. Key cards stopped working by 6am, tried to make copy to no avail, hot tub was cold the next day, we left early. Breakfast wasn’t terrible, Alexis was awesome checking us in.

The stay was amazing. I was upset with the fact I specifically mentioned I wanted to use two separate cards, one for the room charge and then another for the accidental fee. Yet the receptionist didn’t understand that and put the full charge on one card. It went over my spending limit on that card and charged me a fee. As to why I wanted to do it separate. But apparently couldn’t?

Nice updates, nice to have a bar in the building. Love the pool for the kids. Always clean and friendly staff.

The hotel room smelled like weed. Elevators weren’t functioning and the pool area wasn’t well taken care of.

Everything was either average to good. The only concern was we seen a few roaches. We stay there often but this was the first time We seen roaches. I will probably stay again but it will be awhile after the roaches lol.

Stoney Creek is a really nice place. They have a lot of immensities plus the lobby bar. When checking in I didn’t know that there’s no daily housekeeping. I asked about this Saturday and was told that I could have it done the next day. Well it’s the next day and another employee said that they do housekeeping every other day. The staff here is friendly but they seem to be a little misinformed. And oddly they are out of candy bars and bottled water. Considering the few cons I would stay here again.

Place was clean. Carpet in our room was worn and needed replaced but overall clean. Our room didn’t have any regular size towels.

We stayed in the whirlpool theme suite. When we walked in it smelled funny and there was confetti on the floor. The pull out couch had holes in it and was ripped up. There were stains and spots all over the bench at the end of the bed like it had never been wiped down. While using the whirlpool the ceiling leaked on us. There are several bars next to the hotel and they played loud music until 3am. The pool was big and the kids had fun but, definitely won’t be going back.

I will always stay there every time I come home. The staff is awesome, The swimming pool and hot tub are one of a kind. And of course the morning breakfast is better than anywhere else I have stayed.

It felt like home. Very nice and clean. Loved the fireplace and whirlpool tub.

Paid for a room that had a kitchen in the photos, got a room with only a microwave and mini fridge. Both heaters in the room didn't work and the sink was clogged and full of dirty water. Not exactly what you'd expect from an expensive room, but I guess I know now for the future

The hotel looked very nice, our room was fine. The bed was not so comfy. At 7:45am the ground crew was leaf blowing outside! We were on the 4th floor but it sounded like it was right out the window! Mind you.... It's December! The walls seemed paper thin, you could hear other guests TVs. We just wanted a get away, we had a nice time but didn't sleep very well. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast. It was by far the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Eggs had flavor! Biscuits were tender and sausage gravy good. Also tried a pancake, cool machine that made them and they tasted good. We only saw 3 staff members, they were all friendly.

Overall, a nice stay. We thought we might relax in hot tub a bit, but there were birthday parties! Windows in room have 1/4” gap around frame letting air and outside noise in-wasn’t bothersome but can’t be energy efficient! Deco was right down our alley! Decent breakfast- didn’t make it to bar. Staff very friendly.

This is a warm and cozy stay with an inviting lodge feel. It is evident that the leadership of this hotel takes great pride in creating an excellent guest experience. We were very pleased with our stay from beginning to end!

Perfect little getaway for our family. We went to a Quad city storm game at the arena nearby and enjoyed a great afternoon and morning in the pool and hot tub and even having some of the food in their lounge. It was a great day.

Our stay was a staycation for our 12 year old daughter’s birthday. She wanted to swim with a few friends. The chlorine level in the pool was waaaaaaay to high, and felt pretty toxic in the space. I understand with high use, water needs to be treated, but kids were coughing and heaving when exiting the hot tub. Unfortunately we had some fighting neighbors which resulted in the police coming to clear things up.

Drunk parents not supervising kids. Kids birthday parties unsupervised yelling screaming swearing. Cops called totally ridiculous that this was allowed to go on.

Great place....Very friendly staff. Very clean
