Very spacious and relaxing. Plenty of extras inside the room. Covered parking with plenty to do within walking distance or a short car ride. Definitely recommend and would book again

We stayed for 2 weeks. Great location. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was smaller than what we expected, but we weren't in our room very much. Our only gripe is that there is no towel service. And we were told that they could wash our towels through a laundry service for $25 or we can wash them ourselves in the pay laundry room on 2nd floor. We also needed to buy more dishwasher soap and toilet paper.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. We loved our room and the view. LeeAnn was super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms near the pool were always clean and everyone was so nice. Great location with lots of places to walk to including, of course, the beach.

The location being close to restaurants and being able to walk to local attractions was perfect. The facilities of the pool, hot tub ,and patio were a great outdoor space.

Harbour House will only supply 2 rolls of toilet paper per room and 1 set of towels per person for your entire stay. My husband and I were there 8 days and they would not suply extra towels unless we paid $10.00 per set of towels. I feel toilet paper and towels should be included in the price that we paid because it's not cheap and who wants to either do laundry while on vacation or pack your own towels and bring them home wet. We also had to empty all trash cans and bring them down to the dumpster in the parking garage. This was our 5th stay at Harbour House and we couldn't believe the changes. I understand that they went through hurricane Ian last year, but that's no excuse for the new towel and toilet paper rules!

Honestly the best $100 room I have ever had. Great service with letting us check in and out early/late. Even gave us a bottle of wine and a key lime pie! Room was cozy and had everything from tumblers to beach gear ready for us. I will be coming back.

This hotel was in such a beautiful location! Even with the hurricane last year there were plenty of places to eat and shop and if you can’t find anything you like right in Fort Myers Beach, the city of Fort Myers is an easy drive. The suite was clean and quiet. The pool was relaxing with music playing in the background. The only downfall was the construction but with the hurricane that was totally understandable. We would definitely stay again!

This is our second stay at Harbour House. It is a great location and the rooms are spacious and clean. The only current issue is that Fort Myers Beach is in recovery mode from the hurricane, so not everything is open and some buildings in the area are not repaired yet.

We had the best time staying at Lean’s paradise rentals. It was truly amazing to have somewhere so nice, accommodating and 5 minutes from the beach (walking) after hurricane Ian. This town is doing its best and it was a blast to help get this economy going again. The rental was beyond accommodating (cups, travel cups, beach towels, etc.) and location next to wahoo Willie’s, marina view, the tiki bar, etc. The really just can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you LeeAnn and her team.

Loved the pool area. Leann and Tanya were so nice and accommodating. Room was clean and well stocked. The furniture could use an update but was comfortable. Highly recommend!!

The stay was good. We had no idea how bad the area had been damaged by hurricane Ian. Most of the buildings are gone or gutted. The town is a long way from getting back on its feet and it was an honor to be there spending money and helping the community recover. Most businesses had limited operations and hours due to the damage still in the area. This was also an issue at the hotel, there are no lobby operations or on site management that we saw. My daughter was coming to visit us and we were unable to get anyone to respond about an additional parking pass needed for our daughter’s car. We tried the office number and left messages but never did get a response. My daughter came and parked in the hotel parking, we left a note on the car explaining the situation and we went across the street to eat. She had to run back to the hotel and through the parking garage. There she saw that her car had been booted within an hour of being parked there. Like I said, there are limited operations on Ft Myers Beach and while I get the hotel parking being an issue, we tried to reach out to avoid the expense ($75) of the boot. Management has yet to respond to me. FYI it was $800 for two nights including a mandatory cleaning fee. There are maybe 3 places to eat and drink. Red tide has basically closed the beaches as well. The hotel was clean and a basic Florida beach hotel.

The property was very clean and in a great location. The pool was nice and hot tub was warm. The hot tubs jets and the outdoor shower weren't functioning but that's minor considering what the island has been through with Hurricane Ian in September.

Cleanliness and location is superb. Under the circumstances at FMB it was perfect. LeeAnn and Nick were awesome. Only issue was the couch and mattress in our room needed to be updated. Besides that, we would love to stay again

Unfortunately the first floor was destroyed by the hurricane . We had no idea that the property was open. The email sent to us by Expedia had the old number that was not in service (No Expedia fault). We had to call Expedia and fortunately they contacted the Inn and told us that it was open. A simple sign posted on the door on the first floor would have solved all the problems. We told the people checking us in and they said that they would post a sign but 2 days later there was no sign saying that they are open. The managing company has to be informed. It caused us a lot distressed when we first arrived. The bartender across the street told us that it is an ongoing problems as guest ask them information and they cannot help. There is yellow tape under the entrance

This was a nice quaint place to stay however the bedsheets were not clean. They were white sheets and it look like they have been washed a couple of times use a couple of times but did not keep their whiteness. I would suggest for anyone to stay to bring your own sheets. Also need to bring your own towels as well as detergent. Loved the fact that they did have it both a washer and dryer however the washer tray to put in the detergent was blocked by the door so we had to be creative in order to get detergent into the washing machine. Otherwise this was an overall great place to stay it seemed a little quiet which I loved and I wouldn’t mind coming back again.

I have stayed here 5 different times. This is a small property which allows for a quiet stay. It's very well maintained and clean. Everything is within walking distance.

The property is gorgeous. The guy at the front desk not so helpful. We reported that we needed a light bulb in kitchen and even reminded nothing done. Pool very warm. Wristband keys started not working at one entrance and he said probably needed to be reprogrammed 4 days later still nothing. That guy hates his job or something. Asked to have the furnace filter changed as it was totally blocked with dirt 4 days later nothing.

But if you are planning to enjoy the checkout day and not going home at 11:00am, this is not the hotel for you. They kick you out of the hotel as soon as you check out and you will not have even a parking.
Rooms are not cleaned during your stay and after 5pm if you have any issue you will need to figure it out since front desk staff only work until 5pm.
They have too many restrictions.

Excellent! Everything was extremely clean. The suite is spacious. Kitchen area was great. Highly recommend especially if you have children.

Not amazing, but not bad. The room had a view of the bottom of the bridge. Day staff was friendly and helpful. Weekend staff was nice enough but I got the feeling they couldn't care less if we were there. Pool and jacuzzi we're nice. Common areas were nice. The property is very close to times square and the public beach, but far enough away that it was quiet. No coffee provided in room beyond the first night, so bring coffee.
