Bring the whole family up to this oasis in Penn Valley. This brand new house is situated just 15 minutes from the Yuba River, 12 minutes to Grass Valley and 15 minutes to Nevada City. NOTE: Please drive extremely slow entering the Cul de sac as kids are at play.. During snowboarding / ski season, its 55 minutes from the nearest resort (Sugarbowl).. Sleeps 6
