There were 2 couples in our group, all over 70. Good location; nice property, very clean and comfortable beds. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant to any questions. We had a great 11 day stay.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time staying here. The house included nice towels, plus beach towels and bottled water that we appreciated Fast responses were also very helpful.

I loved my stay everything was as expected.

My family and I wanted to surprise my grandmother and I’ll be together for Christmas. My grandmother stays in the area as well as a couple of my other relatives and the rest of us came in from other parts of Florida is in a few other states so that we can all spend Christmas Day together. I rented the House and it was spacious and in very nice neighborhood so security wasn’t an issue. I do understand that this is a new rental so some kinks will need to be worked out. However upon their arrival the Internet code was not working but fortunately my cousin does tech-support and was able to re-boot the Wi-Fi and was able to get it back working properly. Also the weather was very cold that weekend and we cannot get the heater to work so the house was very cold. However in spite of the few problems we all was together and we did enjoy ourselves so overall we had a good time! And with that being said I would rent this house again once those issues have been resolved which I think they are very easy fixes and the holes did communicate with me throughout the weekend which made it a lot better. This is just my honest review of this house and it is my recommendation that you give it a try and the price was very reasonable. Also the host was very communicative with me, and like I said once those little kinks are worked out this will be a great house/Rental for any family.

House was clean, in a great neighborhood, convenient to restaurants and to Jensen Beach. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We were attending a funeral and rented property to accommodate the family. The only thing was that we had children with us and there was only on Tv in the home. Also we were not able to prepare meals, due to cooking utensil could not accommodate preparation for family of 8. Over all our stay was enjoyable.

I checked into the property on a Wednesday evening. I wasn’t notified of check-in access. I reached out to the owner by messaging him through the app. He responded. Upon entering the property I could tell the home had been closed up due to the smell and dust (sofas and toilets). It was hot but I initially thought the air needed a minute to circulate. There was a small dead roach in both bathrooms. The toilets had not been cleaned. There were dried dead roaches in the kitchen garbage can. I messaged the owner through the app during the first night of my stay to explain how the air conditioner wasn’t working. He sent his friend the next day, Thanksgiving, to check it out. The friend assured me someone would be there the next morning, day 3! No one ever came. I contacted the owner again. During our family Thanksgiving dinner the neighbors reported to the owner and “property manager” we were having a party. We absolutely were not. My personal and private cell phone number was given to the “property manager” who texted me warning about a party, cars, and communication said to have been received by me from the owner. Never received any such communication from the owner. Immediately after receiving her text the owner called. I explained there were 5 adults lodging at his property as booked. I also explained additional people/cars were there at the time for Thanksgiving dinner. He was fine with that and apologized. I also shared with him the neighbor (2 doors down) was literally outside watching me. Back to the hot house by Friday I contacted the owner again stating no one had been there or contacted me regarding fixing the air in the property. I explained I was frustrated and we hadn’t been able to sleep consistently for days due to the temperature in the home. He apologized. I would expect at a minimum, reimbursement at 40% of the total rather than the cost of a $52 fan that was purchased. Disappointed in the lack of resolution and this VRBO property.
