Come enjoy our home away from home! PROPERTY DETAILS This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin on the 2nd floor with a fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A Keurig, crockpot and waffle iron are just a few of the items you will find in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two ovens, two large dining room tables and a large sectional couch to accommodate multiple families! There is a large open living area, featuring a wide deck for all your lounging needs! You can see a gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean as you cook, relax and unwind! This house is very spacious and there are additional decks for gazing all throughout the property! Each TV is equipped with cable and the living room and 2nd floor King bedroom both feature a Smart TV! There is covered parking and lighting for up to 7 vehicles or a boat trailer. There is a large private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), and an enclosed outdoor shower. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home is also equipped with keyless entry for a seamless check-in process! BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS First Floor- Room 1: Queen bed and Twin bunkbed set, private bath with tub/shower combo Room 2: King with with full private bath with tub shower combo Room 3: Queen bed and Twin bunk over top, full private bath with standup shower Room 4: Queen bed and Twin Bed, full private bath with standup shower Second Floor- Room 5: King bed with full private bath and standup shower IMPORTANT INFORMATION Cots, air mattresses and trundle beds are not permitted. Fireplace is not hooked up and not intended for guest use. Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. Pets are not permitted at this property. Please note there are security cameras monitoring entrance doors. Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Pool heating is an additional $50 per night with a 3-night minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th. Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee. This property does not include an Elevator. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance! We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay. We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price.
