This condo is located right across from a small, open park so street parking is typically plentiful. Beautiful landscaping! Walk to the brewery, restaurants, and bars! The famous Big Daddy’s Bar and Grill is just a 6min walk. A short Uber ride will get you to Busch Stadium (Cardinals), Enterprise Center (Blues), and Centene Stadium (STL City SC). Second floor condo in this beautiful, historic building set on a peaceful street, private outdoor patio to relax on, as well as an outdoor lawn area for guests to hang out in. Keypad access gets you into the home. Living room offers a 55” Roku Smart TV. The entire unit is about 1100sqft, but still feels cozy. Kitchen, living room, and full bath are on the first floor. Upstairs has BR1 (King), BR2 (2 Queens), full bath, and full laundry set up. High Speed Wifi for streaming. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, stocked bathrooms, and fresh linens and towels!

We really enjoyed our stay. This place was clean, cozy, peaceful, fully stocked and in a nice neighborhood, you will not be disappointed! Anytime my family and I go back home to visit I will book this home for sure.

Soulard was recommended as a neighborhood to stay for our family vacation. We decided to use VRBO rather than a hotel, which gives our family more room for relaxation and privacy. This rental was a great fit for us because of having two bedrooms, and my teens sons each had their own bed in the second bedroom. We also appreciated having a full bath upstairs and downstairs. The rental is in a fantastic part of town for brunches and dinners. Local places are on every corner and we used Yelp to find many, although the hosts left suggestions too. Street parking was free and easy to find. Plus, drives to the main tourist areas in St Louis were very close. We had great communication with our hosts and appreciated the waters and other refreshments in the refrigerator. They also tuck so many supplies around to make your visit comfortable and a washer/dryer is available. After dinner each night we had enough seating in the living room to watch Netflix movies. The main concern to note for those considering the rental - the stairs. You do need to climb two deck flights to the entrance and to the upstairs bedrooms. This will not be an issue for most, even those with small kids, but if someone in your group would have difficulty with stairs it’s an important consideration here. We’d stay here again and recommend the spot to friends!

This condo is in a great location! It’s a quiet and nice neighborhood with easy parking. The property manager responded quickly with any questions. The condo was super clean and very cute. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus for our family, and we had plenty of room. We hope to stay here again on our next trip!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was welcoming, clean, and worked great for a family weekend. We especially appreciated the few toys for the 1year old with us. The location was convenient for our activities throughout the weekend and we even got to see the Clydesdales during morning walks since AB is about a 1/4 mile away. And Dane was very responsive. We will sure consider this spot again next time we are in STL!

The property was just as advertised-quaint, comfortable and clean and in a great location very close to the Anheuser Busch factory. The only small hiccup was not getting notified in advance what the access code was (though we did have the address and one phone call sorted it out), but the property owner was kind enough to let us in early to drop off our bags so we could explore the area.

This was a very nice condo to stay in for the nice. It was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. We went to see a concert at the Enterprise center and stayed here for the night. We definitely would stay again!

Spent a week at this property and found it so convenient to everything! Walking distance to Anheuser-Busch and many bars and restaurants as well as a great little community grocery that was incredibly well stocked. Short drive to the Arch and Busch stadium. The condo was clean and fully stocked, beds really comfy. Washer and dryer, full kitchen. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood.

The place was a perfect place and location for anyone wanting to visit downtown St. Louis. Ball park village Busch stadium arch was all really close but still a small drive that was so worth it. This location was just simply great!!

Everything was a listed. Except it was obvious no one had not dusted in awhile. There was dust on the light fixtures that had clearly built up over some months. There were glitches with the wifi where we had to restart the router each day to get it to work. I'm not sure why, could be because it was cloudy and rainy during our stay. Otherwise it was an amazing condo, in a great location. Nice touch with the toys and the board games, which my kids really enjoyed.

Loved this condo…it was close to tons of bars and restaurants. The condo was very clean and such a quiet neighborhood. Definitely will stay here again when in town to visit family and catch another baseball game.

We were in town for our son's baseball games and this place in Soulard was the perfect home in the perfect location. We got downtown in minutes and were enable to enjoy the City's nightlife, while also enjoying our time back in the Soulard neighborhood and walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and corner taverns. 5-Stars!

We all came together in the cute little area of Soulard, that so happens to have a little known brewery around the corner. We were delighted with the 9th st cafe on the corner of 13th and Lynch, great service and drinks. The apartment felt like home. Everything you need is there. Get ready for some stairs. Thanks to our host super cool and great communication. We will be back. Had a great time.
