location was graet next to bars, restaurants the room wad spacious, little kitchen good communication with the owner

the bed wasn't comfortable. the badroom was a little bit dirty. you can hear the noises next room.

from start to finish everything was amazing. we loved everything about the location the communication with the staff the area around was incredible.

The location is very central, very convenient in order to see the main sites. The owner was very kind and sent us very precise check in and out instructions and included a very comprehensive list of recommendations for our stay in Athens

The location is not good if you want to sleep. too much noise and people partying /being loud all night long. Bed very uncomfortable, sink blocked and hot water not lasting very long .

The street is very loud at night every night, especially weekends. It is difficult to fall asleep with all the loud music/people partying. Not the best street either, with graffiti all over, no street lights and multiple people urinating outside.

the toilet wasnt working we had to put water from the shower in the tub everytime we flashed the toilet in order to work. the bed was really low and the holding sticks under right side seemed broken. there were cockroaches everywhere at night. the building was really old.

The nights were noisy as this apartment is right downtown next to bars and restaurants.

the location is excelente, but the apartment is very basic. Is one room, with a bathroom. internet is good, and the owner was very quick in responding to issues. The cost benefit is good, but expect the very basic in terms of facilities.

Excelent spacius, clean and very well equiped rooms in the heart of the city. The owners was very helpful and supportive during all our stay and showed really interest in our experience in Athens. I will definitely stay here again next time in Athens

Maybe an easier way of having hot water, but that's definitely not an issue during Athenian summer

Location is terrific! Super close to the Monastiraki metro station which connects direct to the airport. We were surrounded by great food and bars that were all less than 10min walking distance. Our host provided extremely detailed check-in instructions. The rooms inside felt safe and comfortable. The room is HUGE.

The a/c light was directly in front of our bed which sometimes made it hard to fall asleep.

Size of the apartment, full kitchen, iron and good hairdryer available. Nice outdoor seating area. Let us check in early. Marios was contactable and dealt with noise complaints. Although the road is a bit of an eyesore, the apartment is extremely well located for walking to landmarks, train station and good restaurants. Great Aircon and blackout curtains.

The floor and outside could have been cleaner. The neighbouring wall is very thin, you can hear cupboards doors shutting, plugs being put in, etc.

If you need to open the window not to sleep with air-conditioner this might be a problem because the street is a bit noisy since it is in the city center

Large comfortable studio located within walking distance from the main attractions in Athens, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bakery nearby. Clear self check in instructions and very good online communication throughout the stay. Well equipped kitchen. The luggage storage available in the building after check out was really useful.

The building entrance door is covered in grafitti but so are lots of buildings in Athens. Don't be put off by this, the building is well maintained inside.

Extremely conveniently located, with public transportation, restaurants, bars and coffee shops right at your doorstep. The room itself is spacious and clean, and the host (Marios) is very accommodating and considerate - suggestions of restaurants, monuments and roofgardens are sent directly upon check-in.

The position is great. The apartment is clean, very organized and spacious for a family.
