Only the food was good however the service was very very slow. There were very less waiters to cater to the customers when there were more customers. The waiters and helping staff of the Hotel section was good.

The Supervisor and the lady staff at the reception were very rude and arrogant. The lady at the reception in the morning was judging and using abusive language to all the customers with the Supervisor Mr. Pankaj Adangale who was very very arrogant. Was raising voice while the customers were asking about rules. No standard policies and rules are followed. Please remove this hotel from your panel as your reputatio will go on stake.

Staff is good,service is good,cleaned..

Rooms were clean and big, ac and other things were working fine. Staff were friendly, restaurant staff was prompt and helpful.

Staff was not proactive, like the room was not cleaned during the stay, all basic amenities like fresh bottle of water was not provided and we had to remind them every day for it. Also there was an electric kettle in the room but no tea or coffee powder was available, no tissues in the room and toilet.

Very poor staff. After booking from booking .com.before check-in one day before I called the hotel reception and told i require check in at 7 am in morning. the receptionist told you have to pay extra charges for the same. I told i agree to pay extra charges and told keep room vacant. NXT whn i came at hotel they told there are no rooms.

Room not clean daily ,,hot water not available for showers,service 0 after many times call ,wifi not free,In room they gives used water bottles,how is 3 star hotel...

Room was comfortable, washroom facilities were good.
