La ubicación

La poca comunicación con el encargado que nos tenía q dar instrucciones para la entrada y recogida de llaves, si no llamas tú por teléfono no te llega ningún tipo de información, por lo que tuvimos que entrar más tarde de la hora que te indican de entrada en la web, el wifi no funcionaba, el mando de la tele no tenia pilas....el apartamento podría estar bien si le pusieran algo de interés al lugar en cuanto a decoración, limpieza, servicios mínimos y detalles en atención al huésped.

Great place to stay at! We would definitely come back.

Very nice place, rooms were big enough and bright and clean.

Maybe a list of things to do around would help. A list with details about the apartment- wifi, garbage.

There wasn't Internet, I texted and called and nobody bothered to reply to it, but they replied to those messages asking what time we will leave.

The apartment was clean, they just need to make sure the internet works for travelers

it was just what we needed after a long two flights starting in Denver Colorado U.S.A.

we weren’t able to get connected with the wi-fi even after contacting the host , we could sign in to the wi-fi, but we still had no internet. we were trying to arrange a bus Gide to Vilalba, and had to go somewhere else, to use the internet.

Very difficult to find a parking spot. The building has a parking however we had no access.

Superb

We stayed 2 nights in this clean apartment, with everything you need such as a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and one of the 2 bedrooms with a comfortable bed. The apartment is located 15 min. walk from the center of Santiago. Convenient parking in the garage below. Excellent price/quality.

Clean and functional appartment.

It smelled a bit weird, the distance to the city center was good but the walk there wasn’t flat, had to do lots of climbing. There wasn’t even a bit of olive oil or salt to cook (which is not mandatory for them to provide, but would’ve been nice). I recommend changing the sponge for cleaning the dishes.

The apartment itself was fine

When we arrived and for a few days there was a heavy smell of smoke in the apartment. It is not close to the town centre so you have a lot of walking to do unless you are always wanting to get taxis, there are not many of them around the apartment, and the apartment was very cold at night.

Nice modern apartment with a ton of space and big TV.

Not a bad location but not too close to the Camino.

Amazing

How friendly they were, good tips, everything was extremely clean and tidy.

HoI loved everything, just wished it was located a little bit closer to downtown, however, you still can walk or take the bus.

Clean place with a few issues.

The place itself was really comfortable and very clean. It had enough kitchen supplies. The owner was first really nice but never answered in the end.

We got an old kitchen sponge, which looked like many people had used it before. I actually expected a new one. The heater didn't work at all, so it was really cold during the night. The wifi-password didn't work. I texted the owner because of that and never got an answer back.. it seems like the owner just wanted to save some money. But they said it has wifi and we never got one.

Smell of cigarette needs attention of the host

Very well located and confortable.

Hello, we came in and the apartment was smelling a lot like cigarette. We tried to contact the host for possible relocation in front apartment, with no answer. So our stay was not Really good but if this problem is solved the apartment is nice and very well located.
