Il b&b ha una posizione molto comoda in 5 minuti sei al centro di Monopoli (che è veramente MOLTO bella!!!) a piedi!! C'è la possibilità di trovare parcheggio a distanza di 10 minuti a piedi, dal b&b, in un ampio parcheggio non a pagamento. Paolo è davvero una persona molto accogliente e gentile, ci è venuto incontro per aiutarci con le valigie, ci ha fatto trovare dell'acqua fresca, in quanto quel giorno facevamolto caldo.. La camera ha una grandezza nella media ed è molto pulita ed ha tutti i comfort di cui si ha bisogno e tanti appoggi per valigie e altro. Il bagno è davvero super, ed è abbastanza ampio, con una doccia grande e comoda e soprattutto ha la finestra!!!!!! La colazione molto gradevole con dolce, salato, frutta.. Dovessimo ritornare da quelle parti, sicuramente Paolo sarà il.nostro punto di riferimento, anche perché ci ha consigliato qualche itinerario, escursioni e dei posti dove mangiare e siamo rimasti soddisfatti in tutto. Grazie!!!!!!

Śniadania bardzo smaczne, świeżo przygotowywane przez gospodarza. Był tradycyjny rogalik na słodko z kawą, ale dostępne były również świeże sery, szynka, pomidorki, truskawki, melon, oraz bardzo smaczny omlet. Pokój jest na drugim piętrze, z windą, codziennie sprzątany, świeże ręczniki, i przybory do mycia - mydełko, żele pod prysznic, szamponetki. Kuchnia dostępna, ale bez możliwości gotowania. W obiekcie dostępna była mapa miasta, oraz informatory o innych turystycznych miejscach w okolicy. Nie było problemu nawet z plasterkiem na otartą stopę. Okolica spokojna i bezpieczna. W pobliżu wiele restauracyjek i lodziarni. Bardzo blisko zarówno na stare miasto jak i do dworca kolejowego.

everything was gorgeus!Paolo, the host, helped us with every our question, it's a very nice person. The appartment and the room were so clean! the breakfast was mavellous and appartment was situated near center. 10/10

The apartment is one street away from the old town. The host is very attentive, neat and devoted to the needs of tenants. The apartment is super clean. The breakfast is fresh and abundant, made by the host every morning.

Paolo is indeed a great great host. He is friendly, professional and go the extra mile to make our stay a most memorable one. He provided very good breakfast. The venue is fantastic, walking distance to the old town and ample free parking available. Most satisfying and highly recommended! Grazie mille.

There is nothing we don't like.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Rooms and bathroom were very clean, comfortable and modern. Wifi worked fast and good. Paolo was the best host by far. Served us a delicious breakfast that he prepared himself with pastries, eggs, coffee, juice. The best B&B that I have stayed in Italy. I'd definitely recommend and stay again.
