Hervorragende ruhige Lage. Abseits vom Trubel und sehr schön idyllisch gelegen. Die Frösche im Teich haben Ihr Bestes gegeben!!! Total süß… Sehr gute Ausstattung im Außenbereich inclusive 4 bequeme Liegen. Das Haus selber ist sehr gemütlich ausgestattet mit Sitzgelegenheiten, sprich Essecke und Couchgarnitur. Die Küche weist sämtliche Elektrogeräte auf, inclusive Geschirrspüler. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse um den Sonnenauf- und untergang zu genießen. Täglich wird das Haus durch entsprechendes Personal gereinigt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden regelmäßig gewechselt. Der Ort ist fussläufig in ca 10 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Viele Lokale laden zum Essen ein. Wir werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal wiederkommen. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Simply perfect!

Ein außergewöhnliches Ereignis brachte uns in die Algarve: Die Hochzeit unserer Tochter mit Ihrem Freund. So dachten wir dies zu verbinden mit einem Urlaub in Carvoeiro. Das Haus inmitten einer wunderschönen Anlage hat alle Bequemlichkeiten. Ein Teich, traumhafte Terrassen und ein super gepflegter Garten runden dies ab. Das i-Tüpfelchen ist die Dachterrase bestens geeignet für den Apéro. Fatima und Leidiane kommen von Mo bis Frei täglich vorbei und verwöhnen die Gäste mit einem 1a Housekeeping Service von Küche und Bad und alles rund herum. Diese Perlen runden den Urlaub ab. Ausflüge in die West Algarve mit hübschen Stränden und Restaurants sind super erreichbar. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich. Die Trattoria Oliveira und der Mini Market fußläufig erreichbar, und die Pools kann man zusätzlich nutzen und sind eine angenehme Variation zum Atlantik für die schnelle Abkühlung. We have spend two weeks in august in Casa Azevinho. The communication with the owner (Susann) is very good and the house and the surroundings met the description and references on the VRBO site. We used the terras under the canopy at breakfast, the terras in front of the living room end of the day and the roof terras to catch the latest sun with a nice breeze before we went out for dinner. There is are some good restaurants nearby and the center of town is 10-15min walking distace. The communal pool of the complex is a 5min walk and beaches are nearby. There is a booklet in the house with all information and tips about the house and the neighborhood. There is a local house manager abailible if needed. Housekeeping is doing laundry and cleaning so it is like beeing in a hotel. We could easily spend some more time in Carvoeiro and we got back home with great memories of this period.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin klappte wunderbar. Die Lage ist gut, es ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

besonders gut ausgestattete Küche, hochwertige Möbel drinnen und draußen, wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Zeit.

Die Casa Azevinho liegt toll eingebettet in einer sehr schönen und grünen Clubanlage. Da sie unabhängig hiervon verwaltet und betreut wird, ist es eine echte Oase, mit dem Vorteil, dass alles rundherum sehr gut nutzbar ist. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für eine schönen Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus war vor allem sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei und wir haben kurz vor der Anreise auch noch eine sehr detaillierte Weg- und Abwicklungsbeschreibung erhalten. Das Hausmädchen kam an den Wochentagen täglich, war sehr nett und verbindlich. Diesen Luxus haben wir in vielen vergangenen Urlauben nicht so erlebt. Man urlaubt hier sehr ruhig, mit dem Komfort einer umliegenden Anlage und allen Möglichkeiten der Inanspruchnahme. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die dazugehörige Trattoria neben der Rezeption. Zudem erreicht man nach einigen Gehminuten weitere Restaurants im Ort Carvoeiro, sowie in Ortsnähe. Wie immer, ist so ein Urlaub auch wetterabhängig. Wir hatten im September sehr viel Glück, die Sonne schien wirklich jeden Tag und man konnte bis spät in die Abendstunden in leichter Kleidung unterwegs sein. Alles im Allen perfekt für einen Urlaub an der Algarve. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt empfehlenswert, damit man nahezu alle Schönheiten der Algarve erkunden kann, was in Tagesausflügen problemlos machbar ist. Wir sind sogar über Lissabon eingeflogen und haben die rund 3 stündige Reise nach Carvoeiro auf uns genommen. Überhaupt kein Problem über die Autobahn A2 , es ist alles perfekt ausgeschildert.

Un lugar precioso. La casa es perfecta y está muy bien equipada.

Nach Übernahme des Mietwagens fuhren wir die ca. 60 Km nach der uns zuvor übermittelten bebilderten Anfahrt-Beschreibung zielgenau bis zum Haus. Es liegt in der ruhigen Ferienanlage Quinta do Paraíso, umgeben von einem sehr schönen Garten mit Wiese, kleinem Teich, zwei überdachten und einer freien Terrasse und eigener Einfahrt zum Grundstück, wo der Wagen abgestellt werden kann. Das Haus und die ausreichend großen Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt und topp-sauber, wie wir es nicht so oft erlebt haben. Es fehlt nichts. Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer haben je eine Klimaanlage, mit der an kühlen Tagen auch geheizt werden kann, das Bad mit Dusche einen Heizstrahler. Eine zweite Toilette (ohne Bad) ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist modern und überkomplett. Und vor allem: Absolut SAUBER. Sonnenhungrige können sich auf den Liegen auf der Wiese ausbreiten oder ein paar Meter höher auf der Dachterrasse des Hauses, die über eine Treppe zugänglich ist. Eine große Poolanlage mit Bar/Restaurant befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Dort ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt. Weitere Restaurants ca. 10 Minuten oder im sehr schönen Örtchen Caraferaio (ca. 20 Minuten). Das Auto sollte man dann tunlichst stehen lassen, da es im kleinen, aber sehr schönen Ort nur wenige Parkplätze und schmale Straßen gibt. Insgesamt liegt der Ort sehr zentral! Man erreicht die sehr sehenswerten Orte an der West- und der Ost-Algarve über die Autobahn oder gut ausgebaute Landstraßen in kurzer Zeit. FAZIT: Ein 100% ig empfehlenswertes, gemütliches Haus, das kaum Ferienwünsche offen lässt. Und deshalb, das ist für uns selten, werden wir wiederkommen und die restliche Algarve vom Casa Azevinho (übersetzt: Stechpalme) bereisen, denn 14 Tage waren viel zu kurz!

Schön und zweckdienlich eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr schöner großer Garten in dem man die Sonne genießen kann. Klasse !

The house is really nice and well furnished with everything you need to enjoy the garden and the house. Everything is included including beach towels which is very appreciated when coming by plane! An housekeeper comes every day. Carvoeiro is a nice place, the beach is very beautiful and the center is pleasant (maybe it is crowded in summer but end of march is perfect, animated but not too crowded and we can park the car closed to the beach). The region is beautiful (marinha praia, benagil praia are very nice as example). I recommend the location ! Thanks for our nice holidays!

Able to enjoy pools and tennis courts almost to ourselves (first week in April).Plenty of beaches to visit, can walk to local beach. Good local restaurants, more attractions will open as the season progresses. Children (14,13,10) all very relaxed and also enjoyed the local dive centre. Couldnt ask for more, thank you!

The villa had every item that we wanted for our stay. A lovely secluded garden tucked away with everything for our relaxing break over Christmas. Good for walks with shopping not to far away. Plus the maid is pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Azevinho for 100%! It is well located, good equipped, clean, comfortable, everything you need for a good vacation. Large garden, where you can find a place in the shade on warm days and find a place in the sun for a nice breakfast. Close to the pools, minimarket, tennis, but also walking distance to the beach and town. Some wonderfull small beaches in the area. Kids (17, 13) also enjoyed it and already asked us if we can go back next year!

In der Quinta do Paraiso Ferienanlage gelegenes, gemütliches und familiäres Häuschen mit großen Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmern. Fühlten uns auf Anhieb wohl und heimisch in dem absolut gepflegtem Häuschen mit malerischem Garten. Obwohl weit entfernt von daheim, hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung lässt sowohl in der Küche, Wohnzimmer, als auch im Garten ( mit Grill) keine Wünsche offen und verströmt einen mediteranen Charme. Die Bucht von Carvoeiro mit ihrem Sandstrand und vielen Restaurants waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Haben uns in dieser Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin gestaltete sich sehr nett und verbindlich.

Morgens am Teich, nachmittags auf dem Dach, abends am Kamin: Es gab viele Möglichkeiten, wo wir es uns gemütlich machen konnten. Das Grundstück und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt und man merkt sofort, dass die Eigentümer es selbst nutzen. Der schöne Garten hat uns auch gut gefallen. Wenn man die Ruhe sucht und sich einen idyllischen Ferienort wünscht, dann ist man hier richtig.

It is ideally situated in a lovely quiet resendntial style location with a beautiful secluded, private garden and within an easy stroll down to the beach, cliffs or restuarants. Simply a great place to completely relax and soak up the sun or if unlike us you are keen golfers then there are courses everywhere within easy reach by car. A short stroll finds the excellent pool facilities and an even shorter stroll finds the tennis courts for the more energetic visitor. We would however caution anyone with small children as there is a lovely garden pond which of course has the obvious dangers.

The house and spacious garden are lovely and very well maintained. The complex offers something for everybody and if you dont want to stay on the complex the town is easily within a 15 min walk or there is a free shuttle bus that goes up and down about 3 times a day . There are also 2 beaches within walking distance and loads of other beaches a short car ride. We took 2 teenagers and there were activities for them organised on site as well as things for younger children to do. The only downside about the complex was the service at the bar was quite slow and a couple of the bar staff were very unfriendly which put us off going there at times which was a shame as there were things on in the evening ie. karaoke, bingo, etc. I would definately recommend the house as it was very clean and comfortable and ideally located for the centre of the complex and village. There are lots of different nationalities there and typically you did not manage to secure a sunbed round the pool unless up at the crack of dawn but plenty of grassed areas to lay a towel on.
