Ubicación excelente cerca al centro y a una de las playas principales, lugar tranquilo, la habitación tiene televisor con cable y buen internet, don Luis siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

El aire acondicionado no servia y goteaba y mojaba la habitación, no ofrece desayuno, y el colchón demasiado blando para la espalda, la toallas no olían a suavizante, al igual que las sábanas.

Good stopover for us between flights. Near airport and quiet, clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful.

Clean room and has everything you need. The host Luis is a genuine and kind person, who offered things so we didn’t even have to ask for them, like minding our bags until the evening after checking out.

Great location, very close to the main beach Spratt Bight with easy access to all the activities of the island. located near the supermarket, very useful for buying anything need

The bed was comfortable and we were so grateful to have a functioning AC unit! It was very clean when we arrived. This room was also right across the street from a grocery store, which was convenient.
Luis was helpful and accommodating to our needs (ie. more toilet paper, trash bags, etc).
And just FYI - Luis only speaks spanish so it's best to know some if you choose to stay here :)
There weren't any pictures of the bathroom listed and I wish there were--the shower didn't have a shower head, it was just a pipe sticking out of the wall. Water leaked out of the shower every time it was used. The floor was always constantly wet due to the humidity and it made the bathroom pretty smelly bad (the water isn't super clean to begin with). We ended up buying a bottle of bleach and dumped it all over the bathroom every night to help with the smell.

It's located in peaceful zone. Ideal if you want to rest but still close to the main beach and most popular avenue. There is a supermarket right in front of the property and a Davivienda ATM.
The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed, tv, air con, clóset, iron. Etc.
The owner of the place was very very kind. Luis was the best part. He also wanted to pick me up in the airport with a sign! And was attentive to all my questions prior arrival and during my stay.
The wifi connection was weak in one of the rooms I had and in the other it came and went.

The hosts Lyne and Luis are so lovely. They gave us all the information we needed and were available for any questions/issues/anything you needed during our stay.
The room is very clean. There is a fridge, which is very handy because there is a supermarket across the street, the bed was very comfortable and the internet was working good.
The shower could be a little bit cold but this is the case almost everywhere on the island.
The location is perfect. After 5 minutes walk you arrive at the main beach in San Andrés, bars, restaurants.... and it's totally safe to walk there during the evening.
We took the local bus to discover the island which is very easy and the cheapest way to get around.
We definitely recommend this place.
