The room was a nice size and quiet. The hotel is dated but comfortable. Breakfast food was just okay but, the staff was wonderful.

Here’s an honest review, the workers were all super nice! But the property is seriously dated in every aspect! It could be a gold mine, but there are zero amenities (no bar, no restaurant, no real gym and the limited drinks, snacks were pretty much out and not replenished) it smells like weed in many areas on and off when we came in and out, we were there which is fine if you don’t care. The sheets on my bed were clean but dirty. Stains were on them DO NOT put sheets onto a bed if this is the case throw them out! I was grossed out and slept in the other bed which was totally fine. The hot water didn’t work at first took about 10 mins of non-stop running for it to work. The TV is sooooo old u can barely see the images but it did work. The location was OK, you need a car if you stay here and go see IU, if they really gut this place it could be great.

Great and convenient hotel! Just wish the bar area would have been open. The staff mentioned it hadn't been open back up since Covid! Looked like a fun spot to hang while waiting for our Uber if it would have been open. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We did not have a tv during our stay. It was broke. Maintenance was supposed to come Saturday morning. No one ever showed.

Wonderful, accommodating staff. Welcoming check in, great communication. Room was clean and comfortable. Large workout facility with nice equipment. I would give the facility five stars if the restaurant that was advertised as being open by Travelocity & the hotel itself were actually open! According to staff it has been closed since 2020. I had a couple of issues with my room and upon reporting them to the front desk they were immediately corrected by the friendly maintenance staff.

Old carpet in rooms need replacing. Never fun having your foot stuck to old chewing gum in the carpet. This place needs Greek Lightning and rebuilt again

No room service at all, towels were not replaced, no soap, no response to request at front desk. No coffee replacement. Very poor service.

Room had a musty odor and both the sink and shower had extremely slow drains (had to stand in inches of water in order to shower). Desk personnel and others were nice, but hotel was fully-booked for a busy weekend & no other room was available. Have an upcoming reservation at the same hotel in a few weeks being canceled today.

This place is past due for a makeover. The carpets throughout the hotel were filthy. Just walking on the carpets gave one that uggggggggh sensation. I found myself wondering what the stains were and what felony was committed to produce them. Call me picky, but when you are being charged $400 a night for a dirty hotel you don’t expect to be charged another $10 for a typical 2nd rate hotel breakfast.

Very nice place. My fiancée and I stayed at this property and were very pleased with the cleanliness. I would say the only thing to make note of is that the snack bar yo front was almost empty.

The overall property was in good condition. Breakfast was well prepared. Staff was helpful but didn't seem to have a lot of tools at their disposal. The room was good sized, but bathroom was very worn.

This hotel needs a renovation badly. The carpeting everywhere is old, worn out and stained. The area near the lobby elevators smelled so bad as did the hallways. The room was clean, but again, carpet was nasty. The shower curtain had mold on it. One great thing, the beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast. The wait staff there were so incredibly nice. Another issue, they don’t clean the room or bring fresh towels unless you ask but they don’t tell you that at check in. They said it was in the room key holder but why can’t they just tell you that. Poor customer service with that issue. Overall, just ok. I won’t rush to go back. Too many other places to stay.

This is my second time staying at this property.
First time I stayed in Aug 2021 for my son’s admission. The room I stayed said non-smoking but it had thick heavy smoke smell. I complained but front desk said that they were fully booked so I compromised and somehow managed.
Second time I stayed was in Aug 2023. The room we stayed in was clean and no smoke smell thankfully but the AC unit was soo noisy that none of us could sleep throughout the night.
I will never book this hotel again.

The property seems dated with old carpeting and dark corridors. Daily cleaning service is only on demand. The shower does not drain (even after asking to fix it). There is no option to eat nearby.

No towels provided in room. Fecal matter on toilet seat. Toilet handle hanging off toilet. We had to go to desk for towels, then they had no wash cloths. Ice bucket was greasy. Sheets were dirty. Carpet was stained. We asked for a cleaning and never got it, then we were told we could use the public restroom instead of ours on the 4th floor. No offer of a clean room. For over $500 for two nights this is unacceptable.

First kudos to VERY friendly and professional front desk associate (lady). This is an older property, but it has been maintained well. Room 101 is next to elevator (very nice front desk agent told me ahead of time), but I didn't notice any added noise. Although next to the highway, room was quiet. Bed and bedding were comfortable and in good condition. TV was decent quality with good selection for hotel (with 3 HBOs). Internet speed was above average. Shower has excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Workout room is two hotel rooms converted, but it works nicely. Fairly new equipment and everything works. Free weight dumbbells up to 40 pounds. Pool was clean and water temp was comfortable. Due to small pool area, they do not offer any lounge chairs. The only complaint I have is a lack of microwave. I always pack food for breakfast and was disappointed, but only slight inconvenience. Easy access to I-69 and PLENTY of food options within 5 minutes. Overall, very good stay

Decent hotel for a one night stay. Only negatives were that the pool was closed for “inclement weather” on a sunny day and the restaurant wasn’t open.

I loved staying here. The only problem is that it is a little bit off the beaten path so it takes a minute to reach the location but it's in a great location so no worries!

I booked this room because I have never had an issue with a Holiday inn, they advertised a pool and a continental breakfast. I checked in a late check in around 7 pm. My room was dirty, food on the floor, pieces of tile missing at the bottom of the doorway going into the bedroom, etc. I was tired and the bed looked clean so I decided I would report it the next morning. I got up to go eat breakfast and was informed that breakfast was like $12 bucks and not free. The lady at the breakfast area says they are having trouble with the ads and getting them all changed and many folks have been upset and I would have to talk to the manager. So I went to the front desk and no manager was on site. No one would help with the issue but instead said they would let the manager know. I also showed pictures of the room and the horrible conditions. I decided not to stay for the remainder of my vacation and asked for a refund. They charged me and no one to date has gotten back with me. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and a disgrace to the Holiday inn name.
