Very noisy. Clark at check in was rude, customer service when I called to add another night to my stay not only lied, but was very unpleasant. Bath tub was broken, and bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel is very out dated. The room was a double bed suite. The beds were small and very hard, uncomfortable to sleep on. The room had a very foul odor. The bathroom is very small. For the price I paid per night, I thought the room would be in much better condition. I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel and room.

Wasn’t worth the money, pool was closed and wasn’t notified or noted anywhere, main reasons we chose that hotel was bc of our kids and the pool. The sheets had stains on it, old chipped paint everywhere. Mold in the bathroom. Just not good!

Pool was not open the first day. I was there from Thursday to Sunday and there was no room service provided at all. Snack and or ice machines were provided on every floor, however one was broken on each floor. Caution tape was on the rails of the walkway, not sure what was broken but it didn’t look safe.

Nice place to stay. Very good value. Clean and very well maintained. Convenient location. The breakfast is all right, though in a crowded space. The only negatives was that one of the two beds had a mattress that should be retired from service, caved-in. The other mattress was good. Also the light bulbs are somewhat dim, higher wattage would be appreciated. I will return in the future to this inn.

I liked that it was located near a lot of areas to dine and eat at .Not far for the places I wanted to visit ,my suite was very spacious :) what I didn't like was the shower ,when I went to take a shower either the water too hot or to cold no in between so it was hard to take a bath but other than that it was great stay .

Motel is old but the room was clean, the bed was ok, area is pretty good with plenty restaurantes close by . Breakfast was ok , average . Based on the price I paid it was good. But based on previous review I tough it was way better .

The people were very welcoming and efficient. They made you feel you were in the right place. The room was great, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding fresh and clean. We haven't had breakfast yet, so I can not comment on it, other than we really enjoy the convenience of having it included.

Overall not bad for the price and just staying for one night. I didn't love how noisy it was from the highway and only 1 elevator at the far end from my room on the 3rd floor. Otherwise it was clean, check-in and check-out was easy, and a good location from the Disney parks! I'd stay again in a pinch!

This was a clean motel, great customer service and fantastic breakfast included. They had free scheduled shuttle busses for transportation to Disney, Universal and a few other places. Laundry facilities on site that were clean and reasonably priced. Lots of stores around like Walmart, Target, dollar stores, souvenir shops... walkable distance for most. Avoid cabs as they gouge un orices... use Uber

The price was high for the quality of the room we stayed in. We had a 2 doubles room and one of the mattress felt like it had a hole in it on one side of the bed. I pulled the sheets back and it looked fine but to sleep on it felt like I was being swallowed up by the bed. The room was a bit musty smelling and the heater didn’t work. The room seemed clean but outdated. The towels were very worn. Some had stains and holes in them. The staff was nice and the location is great. The water pressure for the shower was great. We would consider staying there again at half the price and a different bed and a working ac unit.

We had an issue with the heat in our room and they provided us with an extremely small space heater that did absolutely nothing. This particular weekend was quite cold so being in a hotel room where the heat is not working properly and to have no accommodations; unacceptable. Management was absolutely RUDE and extremely inconsiderate.

As expected the room, according to the pictures in the site. The breakfast was included, but two days we had to go out for food, they had issues with his bread, yogurts and juice dealer. So, better have a back up plan.

Title: Mixed Experience at [Hotel Name] I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was a mixed bag. The hotel boasts a good location, conveniently close to the theme parks, with numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance. The breakfast options were satisfying, providing a positive start to the day. However, the stay was marred by some notable drawbacks. Despite paying an additional $10-20 for a "Lakeview" room, the reality was disappointing. The so-called "Lakeview" room offered a view of the parking lot and a restaurant wall, contradicting the expectation set by the name. Hotel staff nonchalantly explained that they label exterior rooms as "Lakeview," (video evidence will be provided upon request), no adjustment was made to the price. Furthermore, the lack of friendliness among the staff was noticeable throughout our stay. The customer service fell short of expectations, affecting the overall impression. Additionally, our room had a gap at the bottom of the door, potentially allowing insects to enter. In summary, this hotel has its merits, including location and nearby amenities. Still, the misleading "Lakeview" label, unadjusted pricing, unfriendly staff, and maintenance issues with the room detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
