Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout. * We have a camera in the garage to prevent theft. There is also one at the front entryway. No cameras are in any living areas, indoor or outdoor. Outdoor Space - This NO SMOKING/NO PETS ($500 fine), beautifully maintained property sits on a corner lot in a quiet, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood. In the morning, sip your coffee on the front patio or share breakfast together with the entire group at our large outdoor table. A fun putting green is ready for the competitive types. Those that want to chill a bit can find their way to soak in the hot tub, visit around the fire pit while enjoying the sunset, or float in the heated, clear blue pool. With a basketball hoop, floating toys, and ample deck seating, our pool is ready for fun. A propane grill is offered for cookouts and there is plenty of shade to retreat. Pockets of privacy create numerous options for outdoor entertainment. * USE OF THE HOME and OUTDOOR AMMENITIES is for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Please reach out to the co-hosts to allow extra visitors as fees may apply. Failure to do so may result in removal of registered guests from the property. Interior Space - Your getaway will be unique and comfortable in our beautifully furnished, 5 bedroom home. With 5 bedrooms and 7 beds there is plenty of room for all. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached master bath with walk-in closet. A second bedroom has another king, the third, a convertible bed that can either be 2 single beds OR a king. A fourth bedroom with a queen and a 5th bedroom/office has a large queen sized sofa sleeper. The living room has a queen sleeper as well. Each room is tastefully decorated with special touches. This home is perfect for a family, several couples, or group of friends. An open spaced kitchen, dining area, and living room allows lots of together time. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, streaming TVs, and privacy. The kitchen is stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and all the kitchenware you would have at home. Our double car garage is a huge plus as is the driveway and street parking. Mesquite Area- Mesquite has so much to offer visitors. Being very centrally located between Las Vegas, Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Zion National Park, and more, it is a perfect launching pad for a vacation. For senior and youth games, Mesquite is a thriving center for athletic tournaments. Anything from Youth Tackle Football to Senior pickle-ball, Mesquite has it and promotes it. For those who like to gamble, three major casinos and a plethora of eating establishments (fine dining and casual) are available for the nights you want to venture out. The entire home is for your use and set up so that your stay is easy. You have full access to the garage and all parts of the home. J and Amy are your co-hosts who help us, Yko and Diane, with renting out our home to guests. They live 5 minutes away and are available through the message app. If there is no response from them within 10 minutes, please reach out by phone if it is an issue that would make your stay more comfortable. If an emergency, please call them right away. Turtle cove is nestled in a quiet neighborhood north of the freeway. On a corner lot, there is plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and street. There is close access to the casinos, ball fields, rec center, grocery store and more. Beautiful sunsets and morning walks can be enjoyed right outside your doors. Nestled amongst the deserts beautiful bluffs, this neighborhood is a gem. Failure to close propane valve will result in tank replacement. *Garage Remote - Please leave in the drawer where you found it. $200 replacement fee if lost. *Please be courteous of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm-6:00 am. * Because the pool can be a safety hazard for some, our yard gate and house needs to be locked at all times to ensure no one enters the pool without the permission or proper supervision. * Measure have been taken to ensure your safety. ~ a lock on slider which leads to the pool area. ~ fenced yard with locking gate ~ Fire extinguisher in kitchen ~ Outlet covers in sockets ~ Detailed guidelines for the pool are listed. Please, for your own safety, abide by them. * NO Smoking - $500 fine * No pets - $500 fine *Any guests or belongings brought onto the property outside of the original reservation are subject to an additional fee and/or removal from the property. *Guest Limitations - The home and backyard amenities are for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. If you have a need for a gathering, please contact co-hosts for prior approval. Fees may apply. This is not a property for friends/team members to come and swim or use the hot tub. Unregistered guests using or spending time in the property could result in removal of guest from the property. Pool & Hot Tub - ***** Showering before using the HOT TUB is a must. Lotions, sweat, dirt, hair, etc. have caused the hot tub to be shut down for the next guests as it has to be drained, retreated, and re-heated. $300 fine if this should occur - $150 for tub restart and $150 for the next guest refund for lack hot tub availability for their stay. Thank you! * * * *Follow pool and hot tub rules that are posted outside. PLEASE - NO DIVING! * NO GLASS OR CERAMIC materials outside please. There are melanin dinnerware and glasses that can be used in the outdoor area. We want to ensure a safe walking space for bare feet. *Be be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm am and 7:00 am. *When finished with the umbrellas, pleased wrap them. If windy, please take them out of the holder and place by slider in holding area. The wind will snap them in half. *The pump vacuum (snake) has to remain in the pool at all times. Removing the vacuum from the pool could cause severe damage to the pump - resulting in a $1500 replacement fee for you. Thank you for leaving the vacuum hose in the pool. *Please remove goggles and all small pool toys from the pool. They will clog the line, causing the pump to run dry and again, the result is a $1500 replacement. *Please turn off the pool light when retiring for the night. The switch is next to the child lock on the slider door. *If young children are staying, please make sure the CHILD LOCK on the slider door is LOCKED at all times. *Because of pool safety and liability issues, the front door must be locked at all times as there is direct access to the pool. *There is a locking gate for entry into the yard. This needs to be shut and locked at all times for the safety of all. Hot Tub Guidelines - * Please operate the pool cover with 2 adults. * No unsupervised children under the age of 14 in the hot tub. * Please SHOWER and WIPE YOUR FEET before entering the hot tub - no lotions, sunscreens, etc. * Follow pool and hot tub rules that are posted outside. TVs - The TVs are smart TVs. Feel free to sign into your accounts for use during your stay, but remember to sign out and leave the remotes in plain view at checkout. Shoes - Please remove your shoes. You will find rack in the entry way and the garage. CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: 10:00 AM 1) Please make sure instructions for hot tub and pool checkout are completed. See 3 ring binder. 2) Locate garage door opener and place it on the kitchen counter. 3) Start one load of towels. 4) Load and start the dishwasher. 5) Sign out of Hulu/ Netflix, etc. on all TVs. 6) Locate all remotes and leave them in plain view in their respective rooms. 7) Please set AC/Heater unit to 80 in the summer, and 69 in the winter. 8) A quick message letting J and Amy know you have checked out is very helpful to housekeeping.
