About this house rental
Your family will be Comfortable Conveniently close to everything in the Entertainment District while staying at our centrally-located place. Our home is a 4 bed 2 bath home Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: King Bed Bedroom 4/ Game Room 1 Queen Bed Air mattress/sheets provided. As well as a comfortable sectional. 6 Flags Over Texas drive 5min Hurricane Harbor drive 4min DFW AIRPORT 20min Downtown Dallas 23min Downtown Fort Worth 20min If you’re going a short distance walking is best. Just park your vehicle safely in the garage or driveway and begin your stroll. Our driveway has room for 3-4 vehicles (depending on size). Garage has room for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. The neighborhood is blocked off for tenant parking only so NO street parking is allowed during events. Only in the driveway/garage. However, if you decide not to walk Uber/Lyft and VIA is also available. You can easily walk to a variety of restaurants an nearby stores including Walmart and more. Arlington also has a ride share called VIA- it’s great for groups. VIA will take you anywhere in ARLINGTON. 🚨No Parties 🚨 NO Pets 🚨 NO smoking 🚨 NO open flames *With evidence of either things listed above there will be a ($200 or more) fee applied. Makeup remover wipes are provided in each bathroom. Please keep in mind that the face towels are not used to remove makeup. Any towels, sheets or pillowcases found with makeup a fee of ($10-$50) will be applied! NO street parking during events! Driveway/garage available!

We were visiting the area for the Cotton Bowl. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. The house was very comfortable. It was a great location to the AT&T stadium! We were able to walk to and from the game. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you have an event at the stadium.

The place in host was great it's close to all food places in Walmart cowboy stadium ouit neighborhood place looks just like it is in the photos big garage with key Nice back yard they had a Christmas tree put up already for my family

Walking distance to the stadium and Texas Live. More homey, comfortable than a hotel. Truly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the home in Arlington. We were there for Ranger/Dodger Baseball. The house was clean and comfortable.
As a short term rental property owner there are a few things I would suggest to make the home more convenient for future guests.
1. There were no directions for the television - we were not able to watch anything the whole five days. The television in the master bedroom upstairs was not connected and had no signal. We do like to watch the news in the morning and before retiring for the evening.
2. The bath towels are pretty worn and small. We had to contact the owner to find them - would be nice to have newer fluffier towels and a towel rack to hang them.
3. Toilet paper - there were two rolls in each bathroom upon arrival. Upstairs we found two more rolls in the linen closet in the hallway. It would be nice to have a supply of toilet paper and towels in the closets close to the bathrooms
4. Kitchen was sparsely furnished. We had anticipated being able to cook a few meals, perhaps BBQ, however, utensils and pots and pans were in short supply and the frying pan is very worn. No ice cream scoop was found.....
5. Could not find any trash bags to empty the trash - used the ones in the trash can already but could have used another one to replace what was full.
6. We did look at all of the pictures prior to booking and I guess just didn't realize the only bedroom with a king size bed was located upstairs.

We were in town to go to Six Flags and the home was perfect for us!

The owner was very easy to contact. We were able to get the property on short notice, and it accommodated all of our needs. The fourth bedroom only had a blow up mattress and there weren’t any extra blankets. The property didn’t seem to have a well stocked kitchen but we didn’t have the time or the need to do any cooking. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a terrific location for AT&T stadium. We were able to walk to and from the stadium. The house was comfortable and clean.

Property felt like a second home. Everything used was clean, & the supplies given were more than enough. Garage was a nice addition. Host was extremely forgiving for not only checkin/out but for any small questions I had. I would recommend to anyone, thanks!

Perfect place for a stay over for 6 Flags, the Cowboys game or Concert. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space in each room. Big TVs in each living space. Living room couches were all recliners and worked great but when I slept on the sofa it was an unpleasant experience, just not soft enough to sleep on for my liking.
Over all great place great value!
