Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches. Policies: 1. Check in is 3pm/Check out is 10am 2. No Smoking in unit or on balcony 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Great corner unit with excellent views of the beach and water. Beds/living furniture were comfortable and accommodations were perfect for our family of 6. We will be back!

This condo far exceeded our expectations. Even with the 4th of July crowds, we had an enjoyable time. Location was easy in/easy out. Views from condo and balcony were unbelievable. The storm that blew in made the view even more spectacular with lightning and ambience of the sounds of waves, wind, and rain. Very relaxing.

Brought my son and his cousins for spring break. This was those first time on the beach and in the gulf and they are still raving about our condo. Location = perfect (right on beach with stunning views) Condo = perfect (plenty of space, very clean and comfortable) We cooked at lot this trip, and the kitchen was set up just right for cooking. We brought our own oils, spices, etc, there were none provided, but tool/utensil wise there was everything you needed. Highly recommend!
