This home was the perfect, serene spot for our family and dogs; even despite the unfavorable weather. The scenery is magnificent. The grounds and views made the weather a second thought. The owners are extremely attentive and personable. Perfect for dogs and water sport frolicking. We will return for sure!

Loved our time here! The home was set up wonderfully and is at a gorgeous location! All the little things were thought of, including a balloon for my husband's 50th birthday! Very thoughtful hosts and we had the best time! Definitely will be back

The property is very unique and private. The home is stocked with whatever your family may need for a week of outdoor, boating adventures. We really enjoyed using the kayaks to explore their water weighs around the property and saw manatees, dolphin, and sea turtles. The home is in great shape, and the mattresses were very comfortable. We definitely hope to return in the future.

Fantastic place. If you want a quiet place in nature to relax after a day at Weeki Wachi, this is the place. Had a nice breeze off the gulf overlooking beautiful and relaxing scenery. One of the days we never left, kayaked and swam in the water and had a nice bonfire that night. We will be back

The stay was excellent from the beginning. Our family enjoyed the views and hospitality from the owners and will be looking into staying at more of their properties. Kelly and David made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. This property is one of pure bliss and worked well for our large family and pups.

Great for relaxing and fishing

This property is amazing. Although inside the home was really nice we spent very little time inside. We spent most of our time sitting on the dock, under the pavilion and on the upper porch. We also kayaked and fished several hours each day. The sunsets EVERY night were indescribable.
The hosts checked on us several times just to make sure everything was perfect. Which it was. I highly recommend this property.

This place is amazing. Such a beautiful home and property. We loved how much room we had, no other houses right next to us. Water literally surrounds most of the property. We enjoyed awesome sunsets, beautiful views, lots of nature. Had a few visitors including a turkey, some humming birds, and a young Anhinga by the dock our son got to pet. The grandkids had a blast swimming, kayaking and fishing with Papa. The fishing was slow, but as my husband says "That's Fishing" I think everyone caught a sheephead, few mangrove snapper, and a couple catfish. This was the perfect setup for our family, could not have been more relaxing. Dave and Kelly were wonderful host, very attentive. Dave even reached out to let me know he was going to be in town a few days if we needed any thing. Overall a wonderful trip, just wish we could have stayed longer!! Will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home, and the host for your family!!

We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time exploring the area. There are great restaurants and our dog loved her daily walks at a nearby Preserve. We saw manatees and dolphins right off the dock. We will really miss the sunsets. Our hosts were the best!

Our family stayed at Dave and Kelly’s fabulous home in Aripeka! It’s a great location with great bird watching, dolphins and fishing right in your front yard! Kayaking in the back waters is so fun as well!!
Great location if you’re bringing your dog along as the yard is fenced and it’s set up for your four legged family member.
You will definitely enjoy this home!! Dave and Kelly are great hosts as well, very responsive and so nice!

Kelly and Dave are the best hosts! I believe they have thought of everything. They have created an experience, a true getaway that has everything in the middle of nature. The house was warm and cozy for our family Christmas time. The outdoor area is incredible with lots of room for the kids and dog to run and play. We caught lots of fish and went kayaking. Family meals on the huge covered patio, The most amazing sunsets from the deck. We loved this place and did not want to leave. Hopefully we can go back sometime. Duane

Perfect little getaway. We enjoyed every aspect of the place. We fished and in the backyard catching nice large red drum while my husband and friend enjoyed beers and sunset. Took the kayaks and canoes out to enjoy playful dolphins. Local stone crabs store that is less then 5 mins away. Grocery and bait shops are also close by and convenient.
