This home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, an outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, and two large oceanfront decks. Additional highlights include a DVD player, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and three TVs. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This house is absolutely wonderful It is even nicer than we expected it to be by looking at the pictures All the beds were very comfortable the kitchen is well stocked and it is decorated nice and up to date You are literally on the beach steps were not steep easy to get on and off the beach We loved it

The house was very nice We were there for our daughters39 wedding She stayed at Villa Capriani where the wedding was held

Last year was the 3rd year we stayed at 3004the location layout can39t be topped The 1st year the upstairs was hot 2nd unearned water poured into the dining room due to faulty installation of the window ac unit but last year everything was perfect Everyone especially liked having the wireless connection
