All cameras record video and will be ON during every reservation. - Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host. - No more than 19 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host. - No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host. - No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest. - No use of the fireplace is allowed. - If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies. - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage.
