What a great house!! Pictures are very accurate and was plenty of room for 6 of us. Wonderful backyard for our dogs too. And such a plus to have the basement with the bar and games and the pool table! Definitely a gem!

We enjoyed our brief stay in Green Bay. We used to live in the area, but have retired to New Orleans. Now, we come Up North to visit friends and family all over Wisconsin and in Chicago during the summer to get out of the heat. Since we’re gone for 6 weeks, we travel with our two Boston Terriers. This house was great for the dogs. They loved the doggy door and the backyard. They went in and out and in and out!😂 Everything was clean. We did have an incident the first evening. After going out to dinner with some friends, I came back to the house and let the dogs into the backyard. Somehow, I locked myself out and didn’t have my phone on me. The code to get in was simple, but I didn’t remember it. Fortunately, the next door neighbors were able to help me get in touch with a local manager that had the code. It was a nice safe neighborhood and good for walking. Also, it was centrally located and close to everything we needed. We’ll keep it in mind for next summer when we return to Green Bay.

Great to see that the property was like the pictures and that it was so clean. Lots of space to spread out and feel comfortable and the upstairs offers lots of extra sleeping space. The basement is a bonus and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio as we had really nice weather when we were there.... definitely a place to go back to the next time in town! Thanks for making our stay so pleasant!

House was what we needed, enough room for four guys to stay in. The height of the upstairs was a bit tricky (we’re tall people), but it worked. Overall, the stay was good and we’d recommend it.

The fenced in yard fire pit. The only thing that could be better was 2 bathrooms and the loft room to be alittle cooler.

It was extremely clean and yard was well kept as well! Great central location to the places we wanted to visit. Neighbors are close but quiet street and back yard. Owner/Mngr was accommodating and easy to work with. The only downside at all was finding a place to park the additional 2 vehicles with no street parking allowed in GB. Would definitely stay there or rent from them again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this small home, just about a mile from Lambeau. We had 8 people, and even though it's a "small" house, there was plenty of lounging space and each person had their own bed - a rarity for us. Having only 1 bathroom was challenging, but overall not a big issue. We reallly enjoyed the provided snacks and coffee, and the fact that with 4 TVs all the kids and Dad could watch whatever they wanted with no arguing! My wife and I slept on the king bed and it was super comfy. About the only negative was on the last day, there was a snowstorm and we didn't have a shovel :)

We came to town for a conference, the house was perfect for work. The owner was super responsive!

House was very cozy for all 8 of us and the kids loved the basement fun!

I stayed here with my mom and sister for a little girls get-away. It was a perfect stay for the 3 of us for a 2 night weekend. We enjoyed having the large living room as a place to relax and watch TV, the eat in kitchen was great to have some snacks and play some games. We loved the basement and the pool table. Some downfalls, having 1 bathroom with 3 adults is difficult, the 2nd bedroom's mattress was very stiff, there may have been mice or a rodent in the ceiling/walls--noise heard from the upstairs bedroom, the rug and couch in the living room were full of dog hair--not sure if they were vacuumed. But we really did enjoy our stay and would return.

This house is nice with everything we needed. It was also nice to have a fenced in back yard. Thank you for the great place to stay and all the little extras. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here after a concert, very close proximity to the event center, easy to find, easy to check in, easy to understand instructions for everything. Great place to stay, we really enjoyed it!

Nice neighborhood. House was clean & inviting. The downstairs bar was perfect for our party. Great place for a great price.

Very clean, cozy renovated house. Nice amenities. Everything functional and newer. Basement bonus room was roomy. Slight disadvantages: single, small bathroom and low ceilings in upper level. Great for smaller children/adults, but 3/5 of our group was over 6’5”. So, a bit tight. That said, property owner and communication great before rental. Clear and detailed instructions inside rental. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed at Zack’s property over our Christmas vacation and it was a wonderful stay! You can tell that the owner went above and beyond updating the inside of this Wisconsin home to make it look welcoming and modern. Pros: We loved all the little touches like the cookies left for us, Christmas ornament, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and breakfast options. The rooms were spacious and modern looking. It was nice having a fenced in yard in the back for our dog as well as a garage to park in. Cons: Honestly not many. The main con was that being there in winter some rooms were extremely hot (bathroom) but the bedroom and downstairs were very cold and it was hard to sleep. We wish there was a tv in the master bedroom instead of three in the basement but we understand this is more of a packer party house. We had troubles with the shower but zack offered to have maintenance come. This property would be great for families or friends looking to host a packer party as the basement would work well for that. Thanks for everything Zack!

Great stay!

Stayed 2 nights for a Packers game. House was very clean and walking distance to the game. Bar area and pool table made all the difference. We will definitely be staying here again. Host was terrific and always quick to respond.

My husband and I met up with his brother and his wife and just hung out at the house.
