Too long-didnt read: Clean, spacious, good light, great location, super comfy bed Tell me a story: This place makes so much sense! The owner communicates primarily through the app used to book (my Internet was being slow, so that wasn't the best option for me, but we got the messages, no harm no foul). And being as this is an apartment in a HUGE complex, there was no staff, but for someone who didn't wanna play nice, that was preferred. On that note, I'd hardly call the pool private, but it is gated, and only open to the residents of the complex. This trip for husband and self was a 2 location destination. Our car was robbed at the first leg, so staying in an apartment complex on the Atlanta side was like hiding in plain sight. This whole stay felt like a home away from home. When you come in there's snacks and drinks for purchase, nice hotel-ish feel. She provided laundry sauce! Most people want nothing to do with laundry on vacation sure, but I was happy it was even an option. Ash tray on the patio, stocked kitchen (plates, pans, and such, not food, but I feel like that goes without saying.) Oh! And having full size appliances was awesome bc we fancy some ice cream. And stupid hotel mini fridges never keep things frozen. The bathroom features a lovely tub that made for an amazing relaxing night before my 12hr drive. I loved the decor-especially the lighting, like I said. Felt like home. Idk what bed she supplied, but I sleep on a tempurpedic at home, and hers rivaled it. I've actually never stayed anywhere that had the adjustable base, made for a great time cuddling up with the husband for late night movies. We didn't spend a bunch of time in the living area, but I definitely peeped the Bluetooth table, the wireless charging alarm clock, and the sicc charging thing for all my devices. Didn't wanna cooperate too well with our androids, but again, the thought that went into it.

I'm a very picky person, I don't think there was a single thing I didn't like. Wait no! She used gold decors for the coffee bar, and I'm more a silver person. There we go. 1 thing.

The location and the apartment was really nice. The pool was the best part about the place.

The blow up bed would not stay up so the sleep was horrible. There was gnats flying everywhere but we couldn’t find the source of them. The apartment wasn’t fully stocked with tissue etc.

The place is nice. The setup is great and just like the pictures. The pool was nice but always crowded. The bed was super comfortable. The place is kind off the grid of but everything is still very close.

We booked for 7 days. Our first day there we encounter a lot of ants in the bathroom. We notified management via the touch board in the kitchen but did not get a response. We did end up speaking to management after I called. She stated maintenance would come out. This was on a Friday and she did not call back again until Monday to say maintenance would be coming. She stated she did have an ant problem when it rains. But by this time I had already went and bought ant bait myself and the ants seems to have went away in the bathroom. But on our day 5 I discovered ants in the bed and on our last night realized they were in our suitcases too. We discovered the complex had an ant problem as well. There were ants in our car from where we parked by the grass. This was very uncomfortable. We asked for a partial refund but we’re denied. The thing that upsets me is that one why they didn’t treat this problem if they already knew they had a problem and two I didn’t feel management took it seriously or cared to apologize for us having booked a place with a lot ants. I couldn't sleep at all. It’s a shame customers don’t matter anymore. I called booking.com about this and even they said she should have refunded us for this whole ordeal. This apartment was perfect for a long stay like ours such a shame ants ruined it.

The apartment was very nice. Looked like the pictures. We enjoyed the patio and the pool.

The water pressure sucked. At the end of the day I want to relax in the tub and they have an awesome soaker tub. However, hardly any water pressure. Took forever for the tub to fill up but got the job done. Also, I’m terrified of spiders big or small does NOT matter and they had one too many for me. The apartment definitely needs to be sprayed. Lastly, having the locks on the doors and the cameras was a bit bunch!

This property is perfectly located between 6 Flags and Truist Park! Everything we did on this trip was very convenient to the location of this complex! Easy to get to. kind of off the beaten path, so the traffic flow wasn’t heavy. The grounds were very clean and the buildings/neighborhood look new and contemporary. The host was very helpful and friendly! Communication was fantastic! The wifi in the unit worked well and the electronic concierge board was a neat and helpful tool. The unit has Blink cameras at the front and patio door so that was nice for security purposes. First floor unit so we didn’t have to climb stairs or wait on elevators. The unit was clean and smelled great! The mattress was super comfortable. (actually took a picture of it to try to get one for my home) Had everything we needed and was a bit bigger than I anticipated from the pictures.

As much as I enjoyed this property, I do have some complaints. Minimal things in the unit that I didn’t care for were the living room overhead light didn’t work, but there was plenty of other light so it wasn’t a big deal. My kids loved the color changing bulbs in the bathroom, however 2 were missing and it’s not very good lighting when it came to applying makeup or fixing my hair. There are also no curtains in the unit so there’s no way to block out the light from outside. The security lights are bright at night and then the sun coming in during the day. The blindes were better than nothing, but curtains would have made it easier to nap or sleep in/better. Also the quilt on the bed and the extra quilt for the air mattress were very thin. We ended up going to buy blankets after the first night because we froze all night even with the air on 72°. So pack a blanket if you choose to stay here. My biggest complaints were with the property itself. The aroma of weed filled the breezeways almost every time we were walking to and from the unit. When we went to use the pool, it was so overcrowded, lots of drinking, loud music with profanity playing, and the swimsuits a lot of women were wearing were very provocative and not anything a child needed to be exposed to. We opted out of even trying the pool and found a water park to go to instead. The hallways at night would be loud with people laughing or yelling as they walked by, so my kids sleeping in the living room were disrupted by that. The unit is close to the pool so I just assume it’s people walking back to their units from there when the pool closed. This unit also being a floor unit was loud with people above stomping around from time to time. I ended up using a fan app on our devices to help drown out the noises. Also, I want to add that after being here the first day, it’s apparent that this property is predominantly an African American community.
