At check in they told me card was declined and they wanted me to pay with my card. I had to show my receipt from hotels.com proving I paid. It was a huge hassle and very frustrating

The property was easy to get to. Clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was 11 degrees so I did not want to explore the area much. Overall I made a good choice. The only thing was the remote TV **guide** did not work on my TV so I had to work to find what I wanted to watch.

Nice hotel, but the bed was too hard. Couldn’t sleep. Pillows were horrible as well.

Nice, clean, lose to food, shopping and the auditorium for concerts. Good breakfast, too.

Very clean and well kept property. A shout-out to the front desk hostess who was very friendly and informative about the property and the local area.

Made reservations for 5 rooms. When my person for Room #5 arrived, was told she had no reservation. Arrived at hotel at approximately 6pm, and was told at approximately 8pm the hotel received confirmation 30 minutes later, & she was placed in Hawthorne hotel next door. I personally made these reservations. How can first 4 rooms go through & not #5 room? Very disturbing.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Abi was working the front desk, she was really nice and helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and quiet halls.

Easy access from I40 and back on as traveling cross country. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff to assist your needs.

Area was in a great spot. Good parking. Interstate is under construction near the hotel, so that’s an issue at the moment. The hotel room smelled musty like carpet had been shampooed and stayed wet a bit too long. Smelled fine one AC was turned on.

Quick and friendly checkin. Front desk seemed to know the area and gave recommendations for dinner.

The stay was last minute and yet they treated us as if we had been with them for years.

We weren’t allowed to stay because we were local. Our air conditioner went and made reservations on line. When we got there we were told we couldn’t stay. We are 73. That’s the dumbest rule ever. We stayed here a couple of years ago when we had an ice storm. No problem. Don’t get it. I know you don’t care but, oh well bummer😞

The desk manager was very helpful in converting my 1 queen bed into 2 queen bed room. I would like to provide a positive feedback and appreciate cooperation.

No housekeeping, unless you asked for it in writing. Also, my room had a family of geckos living in it.

My wife stated to the manager and I agree, this was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in here or abroad and the free breakfast was the best ever also.

I gotta say, I've stayed at many versions of this hotel across the country, but never experienced a pillows and mattress combo that were such poor/cheap quality - more something you'd find at a far cheaper hotel (motel). Disappointing (and sore!)

Your beds are the hardest beds I have ever slept on. Why go through all the trouble of putting on nice sheets and comforters if your mattress is like a board? I sell mattresses and while I understand that different people prefer different mattresses and you can't please everyone, almost nobody I sell to likes mattresses as firm as yours. You can have firmer mattresses while still having a luxury and soft top to where it doesn't feel like a stiff board.

My husband and I travel across country at least once a year. I write down the address and hotel name of the ones we like and pass it along to our friends and family . We loved your hotel. No complaints.

Jazz at the front desk is the best. Great stay and service.
