About this house rental
Welcome to our Luxury RV! Our cozy beach space is right across the street from the beach with easy parking. This is a great alternative to beachfront cottages or beach house rentals - enjoy North Topsail Beach and Surf City for a much more reasonable price. Grab a beer at the local restaurant on your way to the beach, rent a surf board, or play volleyball with friends/family! Fish at the marsh access point, or swim in the campground pool. We have an ocean of amenities within seconds of our RV! This brand new, WiFi-enabled camper has a Queen size bed in the spacious master bedroom. There is a Queen size pull out available from one couch as well as a Full size pull out from the "L" shaped couch. The kitchen table can also be converted to a small bed if required. The entertainment center includes a Roku TV, Bluetooth stereo system, Fireplace (changes colors!), and USB ports. We offer board games and beach toys for your enjoyment! The Rogers Bay Campground offers access to a swimming pool (open seasonally), sand volleyball court, marsh/bay access, and picnic areas. There is a public bath house available for use just 50 yards down the road, offering multiple toilet stalls and extra showers if the bathroom in the RV is occupied. There is also a laundromat available for your use within the campground, near the swimming pool. Located at the entrance to the campground, Beach Bums Pizza Bar & Grill offers wonderful beer and food. A cute little beach shop right next door to them supplies kayak/surf board/other rentals as well as ice cream during the summer months.

RVing is something my wife and I are considering after retirement. This was intended as a gentle introduction to it, and it was very successful in that regard. Our host was very responsive to our questions and problems. All in all, a very well-spent couple of days!

Had a great time for our weekend stay while a friend got married! The camper was spacious and had everything we needed! The location is fantastic and we already have plans to return in the summer!

We enjoyed our stay at the RV; only wish we had booked longer. Jake and his wife are awesome hosts and their RV is super clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials, games and beach equipment. There was even a bag of ice waiting for us. Thank you again and we hope to be back sometime next year!

I really enjoyed the r/v. It was clean and quite inviting. The other campers were very friendly. My only issue was ingress/egress. I’m under 5’ and have torn ligaments in my left knee so the steps were challenging. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would go back

I really enjoyed this clean and convenient RV with a couple of my friends for a few days. Great welcome basket with a couple bottles of water and travel toothpaste and toothbrush set, which was great because one my friends forgot to pack his own. Great selection of Keurig pods for the 3 night stay. Great communication from the owner when I had questions and he sent information regarding the potential issues from the tropical storm that fortunately weakened with no issues. We enjoyed the use of the supplied beach chairs and umbrella for the short walk to the beach across the street. We grilled out on the patio and played the supplied board games during the storm evening. We used the kitchen for breakfast and dinner with the supplied pots and pans. AC works well and bathroom shower has plenty of hot water! Awesome Stay! Wifi and Roku for entertainment. We will definitely visit in the future!

The entire transaction was a breeze. Checking in was no problem. The RV was very clean and organized. It was nice to get a welcome package. The RV sites are very close together, but that wasn’t a big problem since we spent most time at the beach. It was great having the pizza place and surf shop right there at the entrance!

Jake was understanding of our initial reschedule due to bad weather so we were able to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach to celebrate our anniversary! Perfect spot! Thanks for having us

This camper was perfect for us, it was our first vacation with our 14 month old and wanted to avoid a hotel and we love camping so wanted to give this a go, super clean and the location was great. Quiet campground, nice pool and pretty close to stuff driving wise. Definitely recommend.

This was perfect for our beach trip! It is literally across the street from the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. My dog enjoyed the treats left for him. A provided food and water dish was a nice touch. My family had fun playing the board games in the closet. It was a really nice trip!

This was a wonderful RV experience! It brought back so much nostalgia for us to beach and mountain RV communities from our childhoods (think community picnic areas, very clean bath houses, and sand volleyball courts) with an upscale, clean, new RV with all the small details taken care of.
We are especially grateful for the care our hosts put into making sure anything that would trigger my unique allergies were avoided when prepping the RV for our arrival. We haven’t been able to travel at all in 8 months b/c of this and to have such care put into that so that we had a safe trip meant so much to us.

Awesome stay, RV was clean and well equipped, laid out perfectly. My fur babies were welcomed with dog bowls, poop bags and a treat, they felt as home as we did. The host Jake answered all my questions and made us feel welcome. The neighbors were very nice, park was clean and quiet. Definitely a must stay, I’ll be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach side RV. Short walk to the beach. It was quiet and no problems getting anywhere we needed to go.
Only problem we ha was we didnt score any sharks teeth.
Will be recommending this place to friends and hopefully return in the fall.

We loved our stay at this RV. It had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. The people in the campground are super nice. It is quiet and so close to the beach. The welcoming touches were so nice and thoughtful. We brought our dogs. First time for them at the beach and they loved it!! Definitely would stay again

My wife and I with our two dogs had a great time at this property. We had never stayed in an RV before and wanted to give it a try. The owners were very responsive to our questions, and the place was very clean and well-organized. It had all the amenities we needed. Great location a short walk from the beach. We look forward to staying there again.
