Located in a quiet neighborhood a stone's throw from all the action, this is the perfect getaway for families, friends, and those visiting ASU. ☆Living Spaces☆ It's easy to relax in the spacious living room, which is clean and bright with fun pops of color. Sink into the comfortable sectional and watch your favorite show on the large flatscreen TV. Then head to the garage for a fun surprise – it's been transformed into a game room! Challenge the crew to a game of foosball or pool. Right off of the garage you'll find a mudroom with everything from bench seating and storage to a sink and washer/dryer, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors without a care. ☆Kitchen & Dining☆ Start your morning with a cup of coffee from the Keurig and use the bar seating to have a casual breakfast right there in the kitchen, where you can admire the beautiful, modern design and stainless steel appliances. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare something tasty. Enjoy your meal steps away in the beautiful dining space, adorned with palm fronds. There is plenty of room for everyone at the large dining table with seating for eight. ☆Bedrooms & Baths☆ There's nothing better than a good night of sleep! After a day of floating in the pool, enjoy the luxurious feel of the tiled pool deck and patio under your feet. Relax in the sunshine on a lounge chair, then fire up the grill and have dinner al fresco on one of two dining tables. With a high school located behind the property, you'll have an open view of the sunset (and you can even cheer for the teams on game night). End the night with a friendly game of cornhole or ladder golf while the kids and dogs enjoy the grassy yard. The pool is heated year-round at no additional charge. ☆Things to Note☆ Dog friendly (dog bowls provided). Up to 2 dogs are allowed ($50 fee per dog). No smoking/vaping. No parties or events. Neighborhood quiet hours outside after 10 pm. There is a camera on the front door and in the backyard for security purposes. The backyard camera has a partial view of the pool area as well as other parts of the yard. ☆Around the Area☆ Tempe Palms is located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from ASU. Walk to Selleh Park to enjoy the beautiful walking paths around the duck pond and the fun playground. This property worked well for our family. Clean property inside and out. The heated pool (no extra cost during late November) was a plus. Check in/check out was well communicated. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay from the moment we entered the front door was nothing but amazing. The home is extremely clean, family oriented layout, and exactly what we needed to accommodate our pre-Thanksgiving dinner! The adult children loved the warm pool, the outdoor games, and we unwinded at the table playing board games. The VRBO team responded quickly with any messages sent. I will definitely be frequenting this VRBO!

Everything was perfect! How perfect? Didn’t have to reach out to the host the entire visit! The house is amazing. The backyard, pool and game room were A++++. The pool looks just like the pictures; by far cleanest pool I’ve ever been in. We had 9 people, including 4 kids. They loved it!! Let me know if you ever decide to sale the place! LOL

This property is great! The home is immaculate, every room has a king bed and the living area is wide open, the kitchen looks brand new and the converted garage makes a great place for kids with a couple large table games and games for outside. The backyard is the nicest I have seen at a VROB with a heated pool and plenty of tables, chairs and lounge chairs, I wish I could post the sunset pictures we took with the string lights and pool....beautiful! The communication was perfect, Taylor sent everything we needed to get in the home and made the automatic deadbolt a very easy code for us to remember. There is not one negative thing about our stay and the next time that we are in the Phoenix area, we will definitely see if this property is available!
