"Wine Down" is the west side of a beautiful Ocean Front Duplex located in the less crowded area of Holden Beach! The home offers you private beach access at your doorstep with exquisite views of the Atlantic Ocean, the ICW and Tidal Marsh! The home is bright and spacious with many amenities! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. A spacious Master Suite upstairs offers a king size bed, streaming TV, and a large private balcony just perfect for catching the salty breezes off the dunes. Bedroom #3 is located on the second floor offering a queen size bed with streaming TV. Bedroom #1 is located on the second floor facing the marsh offering excellent opportunities for wildlife sightings. This bedroom offers 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, and streaming TV. Bedroom #2 is located downstairs, offering 2 full beds and 1 twin bed, and streaming TV. A spacious living room, kitchen and dining area offers plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining inside, while enjoying the oceanfront views of the Atlantic. The kitchen is equipped with a stand alone ice maker for your coolers and drinks, a Keurig/drip coffeemaker combo, new stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to make homecooked meals. You can also maximize your outdoor vacation time by relaxing in the downstairs outdoor area that includes two hammocks, 8' picnic table and both charcoal and gas grills which includes free propane! Come join us in Holden Beach for some relaxing fun in the sun! Make lasting memories, new friends and meet Cinnamon the honorary beach cat of Holden Beach! For 2024, a private, heated 8X12 Swim Spa is included. The Swim Spa is the perfect mini pool for family fun. It comfortably fits up to 9 adults and features 32 hydrotherapy jets for maximum massage. The hydrotherapy jets are positioned in each corner of the swim spa to target specific muscle groups. It also features a water propulsion system that creates a current that you can swim against which can be adjusted to customize the difficulty level. This property is located at 811 Ocean Blvd West. Wine Down is on the west (right) side as you face the building from the street. The east (left) side is not a rental property and unavailable to rent. Wine Down was a great place! Very clean and has everything you need! Beds are very firm if you have trouble with that but overall it’s excellent!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a great location and had everything we needed. The owners were so sweet and attentive. We had plenty of room for our large multigenerational family. My kids fell in love with Cinnamon, and enjoyed it when the sweet kitty came by for a visit. We also had the pleasure of watching a baby sea turtle being released back into the sea! Hopefully, we can make it back to “Wine Down” soon. We made lots of great memories there!

We greatly enjoyed Wine Down. Excellent beachfront location, nicely decorated but with plenty of space to store our things and groceries. Owners are responsive to our needs. Quiet location great for a family week at the beach!

Great week-long stay for four generations! This property had everything we needed and amazing access to the beach. Though it was a duplex, it felt like we had the property to ourselves. The other side of the house is used by the owners and they are very courteous and friendly! No sound travels through the dividing wall and there is plenty of space. Would certainly stay here again!

This is our second time staying at “Wine Down” and we look forward to our next vacation on Holden Beach in this adorable duplex. This house has a wonderful deck off the master bedroom for perfect view of the beach first thing in the morning! The private walkway is just a short walk and brings you right out to the beautiful beach. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and the livingroom furniture is very comfy. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our first trip to Holden and were very pleased with the property we stayed at. It was clean, the linens and blankets were there waiting and smelled like they had just been washed. Access to get into house was easy. We loved that there was only 7 steps down to the beach. The owner was very nice and responded to all my questions quickly. Cinnamon the cat was very sweet and loved to be pet by us. The day before checkout was raining all day and the owner gave us 2 umbrellas to borrow. Couches were comfortable. We would stay at this rental again. Cant wait to return. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
