Located in Paradise, this attractive house for $631 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to our 3 BR, 2 BA freshly renovated pet friendly home with 4 Beds and sofa sleeper. Enjoy your memorable Vegas vacation in our fully equipped home with an open concept entertaining space and take a dip in our sparkling 8FT deep private HEATED swimming pool Conveniently located 7 minutes away from airport, and 20 minutes to Downtown Las Vegas Fremont Street and world famous Las Vegas Strip! *POOL HEATING* Pool Can be heated for $100 a single day or $80 daily for 2 or more days. Please notify us ahead of time to set heater. * PETS* We are PET FRIENDLY, with a fully fenced backyard! With that said there is a fee of $100 for having a pet on our property. Disclose size and breed of pet just so we know, we do not discriminate Please clean up after your, leaving pet poop on ground will result in an additional fee and unhappy staff and hosts. Do not allow your pet on furniture, there is a doggy bed in garage free for your use. If additional or extensive laundering services are required we will request an additional fee of $50. Please be honest, if you have intentions on having a sheddy pet sleep in bed communicate with us and pay the fee upfront. We are pet parents and understand it is important to have our fur babies close to us. * SECURITY * - There are two cameras that record video and sound, one in the driveway and a video doorbell. - A noise monitoring device is placed outdoors (***does NOT record sound or video). An alert will be played to inform you if it’s too noisy during quiet hours. This is mainly to keep our neighbors happy with us. - Our home is protected and monitored by Simplisafe when vacant and is disabled while guests are visiting. * POTENTIAL VISITORS?* - The pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Friday. If you are lucky enough to be at our property on our scheduled pool cleaning day, the doorbell may be rung to let you know they are there. * CHECK OUT * - To allow for our cleaners to have sufficient time to clean our home check out is 11AM SHARP. If you need a later check out time please contact us for prior approval before check out day. - load the dishwasher - Please put all towels in laundry room (bonus points if you help us start a load) - Place all garbage in bin. - Set thermostat to 80 in summer or 70 in winter. Ensure all windows and doors are locked - Lastly, please message us that you have checked out and have a safe rest of your journey :)

We had a great time in Vegas and the house was perfect. Close to the airport and close enough to drive or Uber to the strip. The house was perfect. Very clean and the owners leave lots of supplies. A great place.

The house was the best home we've stayed in for many years. Very well stocked, from a full coffee station, to snacks, shampoos, and linens. We needed for nothing. We've never had a home as comfortable and that provided all the amenities needed...plus more! The host was helpful and very gracious. Loved it.

The property was beautiful. The Pool was clean. All of the rooms were very accommodating for my family. I loved the decor and the multiple amenities! It’s off the strip and near the airport, away from the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Our host was very communicative from check in all the way to check out. All of the rooms had all the extras you could think of! The welcome sign made our trip so personable. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so very much for the hospitality.

I can’t say enough about our stay. 10/10!! The host was very prompt with all correspondence. She was also extremely helpful in helping us navigate Vegas. The home is very clean, well stocked with all the Necessities. I loved the coffee bar. We would definitely stay again. Great place. Wonderful host.

This home is nicely remodeled, very clean and has an awesome pool! The managers were super easy to work with and answered all communications within minutes. Only downside is noise, there is a busy street out front and an ambulance company nearby. Things do quiet down at night and sleeping is easy.

This home ended up being just what we needed for our stay near Vegas. We were in town for a wedding that was just two miles away from the property. My husband and I invited our two children with their spouses, which allowed us all to be together and visit. The ample seating both inside and out was great. So many amenities were available for our use. There were snacks, drinks, all cleaning supplies, toiletries, and tons of supplies in the kitchen. We didn't want for anything. The only suggestion I would add is to have dressers in the bedrooms for putting our clothes in during our stay. It was at least nice to have the luggage holders.

We loved this house! The host went out of her way to bring us ice due to ice maker in fridge wasn’t working. The pool was great! House is very clean and whatever was needed was there. We would absolutely come here again!

Wonderful house in a great location. Berenice was always available in a matter of minutes to answer all questions we had. House was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! House and pool, which was heated, were immaculate, warm and inviting. Not to mention the personal touch Berenice adds to make you feel at home! If they had more than 5 stars I wouldn’t hesitate to give them all to you Berenice! Can’t wait to stay with you again in the future! Such a refreshing change from staying on the strip. Like a private oasis! 😁

We escaped Washington state winter weather for a week of sunshine and pickleball playing at Sunset Park. The location was perfect - eight minutes from the courts. Book this place, you won't regret it! We enjoyed the wonderful backyard fire pit and the welcome refreshments. The hosts were fabulous and responded quickly to our every inquiry, we seriously couldn't have asked for better hosts. They made us feel so welcome from the get go and the house was very nicely appointed. We had an excellent week and would 100% recommend a stay here if you are considering it.

Our stay was amazing! The space is super spacious and fit our family and fur babies perfectly. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. The home was really homey and we felt right at home as soon as we got there. The property manger replied very promptly and resolved any question we had. I am definitely looking forward to rebook this property in the summer so we can enjoy the pool.

If Circus, Circus or Excalibur are your type of place, this place is for you. Cheaply renovated. You get what you pay for and pay for what you get. I left after one night because I couldn't sleep with the street noise.

This was the best home that my family and I have stayed in for a long time. We were given the VIP Treatment over Thanksgiving weekend with sparkling cider, an apple pie, and a bin full of snacks. This home is gorgeous and the amenities were wonderful. The owner was readily available and the stay was stress-free.

Just a wonderful home to stay and well clean. We had a problem with the coffee pot. They had a brand new one at the door with in a couple of hours!! Beds very comfortable!! Would stay here again!!

This was a great place for my family to stay in Las Vegas. It is an older property, but the interior is freshly renovated giving it a modern look/feel. It was too cold for us to use the pool, but it looked like fun. We will need to come back in the summer! The host was great. Very straight forward checkin/out.
