Tucked away in the ultra desirable neighborhoods of west lake hills, this peaceful getaway offers visitors a serene retreat in a lake adjacent neighborhood with the convenience of a 12 minute drive to downtown Austin and 3 minute drive to Lake Austin Marina. We are very happy to host your pets as well, please add them in the booking. There is $100 pet fee if you bring one or two pets and $100 extra will be charged if you have more than two pets. The space Recently renovated 3 bedroom 2bath with 1 car garage. Large fenced in backyard shared with one other condo. Designated outdoor space with patio furniture and grill. Kindly reminder: both bathrooms are on the second floor,. Guest access Whole house and yard.

Great location, felt safe the whole time. BEAUTIFUL backyard. Would have used it more if it wasn’t so HOT. Friendly host and very communicative. Would stay again next time we need to come to the Austin area. Thank you
