In the middle of Scheveningen, 1 block away from the boulevard and beach. Very nice hotel. We had a comfortable stay in a clean room

The hotel staff, room and location were wonderful! It is very easy to get to from Den Haag Central Station! The location was great because of all the restaurants and being so close to the beach! The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We will definitely return the next time we visit Den Haag!!

Paid twice for a room on accident staff refused to be accommodating and I was met with hostility and disrespect when trying to find a solution to the issue.

It was nice and quite, nice for walks. A little cold in the room when it was windy and cold outside.

It was quite good. the room was very clean and the view was wonderful. It is two minutes from the beach and the city is easily accessible. However, at the moment there are road works in the area, So the otherwise close public transport is about 10 minutes walking away.

Noisy hotel. You can hear conversation from a room to another. Breakfast is an adventure. Sometimes there is coffee sometimes not. Sometimes it opens at 7:30 sometimes later. Not a good experience.

Only one issue that needs to be emphasised and that is the rooms are very compact/small with no real storage facilities. The hotel is ideal for very short stays say two or three nights. Staff are great and friendly.

This hotel was adequate for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is located near the beach. However, I cannot recommend this hotel because the staff member I spoke to at the front desk was incredibly rude; I have never been spoken to in such a condescending and aggressive manner. There was also a hole in the towel provided in the room and a small amount of noise from outside.

The hotel was okay but not great. The walls are thin and we. Oils hear the hall noise clearly. The hotel is modern and nice but the sink in the bathroom is very small and awkward to use. While the room was clean and it is at the beach it was clear that the floor wasn't vacuumed as there was sand on it when we entered and the next day when we came back. The parking house is a bit of a distance so leave you bags there before parking your car.

Be careful and check your room on cleanliness ESPECIALLY if you have an allergy, check also very well BED it self because one day they didnt change it to new one but stupidly tidied up bed with same dirty bedlinen on ! For 3 nights of staying in this hotel 2 of the nights our car was scratched and first of all girl on reception told us there is no working cameras (which is NOT true we talked later to supervisor) and that HOTEL parking (which costs around 18€ per day) is ON YOUR OWN RICK, but you need to LEAVE THE KEY AT RECEPTION, so HOTEL STAFF could move your car if needed, we are probably sure that it was scratched when THEY were moving our car, so this bullshit about ON YOUR OWN RICK DOESNT MAKE SENSE, because if we would park it on normal parking no one except us would move a car so it would not be scratched.

Great place, clean, modern, tv worked well. Room a bit small. Happy with it. Would stay again.
