Great hospitality Clean rooms and bathroom Service and food best Staff is friendly and helpful

Staff was friendly and service was good. The place was newly renovated and pretty clean. The location was pretty good. Also, they have a very friendly Golden Retriver, Buddy, to keep guests company.

The beds were uncomfortable and we were not given weather appropriate blankets. Rooms did not have secure locks and we too expensive for what we got, atleast on the the days we booked.

No breakfast

Broken taps and washbasin fittings in bathroom. Leaking washbasin drain. Dirty bedsheets and pillows No cleaning of room. Broken mirror and wardrobe

Not a single soap was not there in the bathroom, other than that almost everything was okay

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the Malviya Nagar,extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, there are supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again ☺️
