Professionally managed by Sunset Properties You must be 25 years old to rent this property This home will sleep 10. · 1st Bedroom - Twin bunk beds - Queen bed · 2nd Bedroom - King bed · 3rd Bedroom - King bed · Sleeper sofa Stars Align will make you realize what you are missing when you stay at this bright lagoon front home. The private pier has recently been redone to make it the perfect place for fishing or just sitting back and relaxing. With plenty of sleeping arrangements, this house is comfortable for the whole family, including your fur baby! As you walk into the home, the first bedroom on your left contains a set of twin bunk beds and a queen bed. This room attaches to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub. The second bedroom on your left contains a king-sized bed and shares the bathroom with the bunk room. The third bedroom is on your right across from the bunk room. This bedroom also contains a king-sized bed. A second full bathroom with a shower is adjacent to the third bedroom. A large laundry room can be found on your right as you walk down the hall. At the end of the hall, you will find a large, open kitchen/living room area with glass doors leading to a picturesque view of the dock and lagoon. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Between the bar seating and the dining room table, there is plenty of space for the whole family to eat! The living area has ample seating with a big screen tv and games for when those stray rain clouds take you away from the beach. The house may be warm and inviting, but the best place to enjoy your vacation is the deck off the living area. With an unrivaled view of the lagoon, it is easy to settle into island time as you sit in one of the comfortable deck chairs and let the water take all your stress away. We are sure Stars Align will become a favorite stay for your family and friends. This home is pet friendly, small dogs only. Limit two dogs. No other pets allowed. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE. Rules for renting with a dog: -Your dog must be older than 9-months. -Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house. -You must clean up after your dog. -No excessive barking. -Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. (It will be itemized on your receipt.) Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money. We stayed at Stars Align for 5 nights, from February 10-February 15th. The moment we walked in the door, we both commented on how clean the house smelled. It was obvious that the cleaning crew had done its best to make the house clean and fresh for our stay. The property was exactly as described on the VRBO site. We were able to bring our little dog with us, and that was a plus. The house was comfortable and homey; we enjoyed the back deck overlooking the lagoon, and had brought a couple of fishing poles to cast off the dock (no luck catching anything, though!). Although we wish the weather would’ve cooperated a bit more for our stay, we still were able to take daily walks along the path on Lagoon Avenue, and also made the short walk to the gorgeous beach a couple of times. One suggestion I would make to the owner is to provide more flatware for eating; there were only 2 dinner forks provided, though there were several small, salad-size forks, and one or two teaspoons. Also, the sink in the bathroom in between the king bedroom and bunk bedroom was stopped up with hair and sand. We were able to pull out quite a bit of hair and plunge the sand out and got it in working condition after a day or two. Overall, the house was excellent and we enjoyed our short stay away from the dreary, cold weather at home. If we ever return to Gulf Shores, I would absolutely book this house again.

Location, location, location! We enjoyed this rental because of the dock off the backside of the property. But I would say this place could use some updates… like new couches (stained, smelled and uncomfortable) & A NEW BED . The bed in the bedroom closest to the kitchen, that is attached to the kids room was AWFUL. Unsupported, barley stable, and most definitely UNCOMFORTABLE. It was lumpy, springy, and looked seriously shady as far as stability goes. And now the husband and I are sore and hurting, not looking forward to a day at the beach. Also one of the showers, the door doesn’t stay shut. And the other bathtub, the drain was so full of hair and yuck that it couldn’t drain the water out of the tub. It was clean, but not through. The pictures online do not show the amount of damage already done to the house, as far as walls, ceiling, the island and other places. OVERALL, decent place to stay but could have used a nice bed and better cleaning/maintenance. No issues with the rental property or the people. But a little disappointed with the state of the property for the PRICE of the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property met all of our expectations, private, dog friendly and relaxing. The covered deck was great for reading books which is what my wife loved. The sidewalks for walking in the evenings with the dog and the dog friendly restaurant just down the road. Had fun fishing from our kayaks in the lagoon, if you are looking for a great time this is the place.
