About this house rental

Located in Maricopa, this charming house for $268 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Discover the very best of Maricopa from the comfort and convenience of this private resort style home. Just minutes from the golf course, Harrah's Casino, Copper Sky recreational complex or take a day trip to explore all that Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tucson has to offer. Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features an open floor plan, modern kitchen with an island, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated work spaces, and living room with 75” Smart TV. Fully appointed kitchen with all black appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with all new beds, beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a 65" Smart TV. Spacious living room includes a comfy pit style sofa, 75” Smart TV, a second living/den area with a small pullout sofa for additional sleeping accommodations, laundry area, private pool and patio with dining furniture, courtyard entryway with seating, high-speed 1 Gig Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access. We need a 48 hours notice prior to check in to have the pool heated during your stay. There is an additional fee to heat the pool for stays over three days. It costs approximately $200 per week to keep the pool heated, we will split the cost with our guests. Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual and on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure. Everything was perfect with this property - one of the best VRBO properties I’ve rented. Very clean, great furniture and space, well stocked kitchen. We cooked several meals. Excellent communication with owner/manager. I would stay here again and highly recommend it! 5 stars for sure.

The home was very well kept and the experience was also great. I can and would love to stay at this place at al times whenever in Arizona. I feel like this is the best place because it truly felt like "Home" as a opposed to a place that was being rented.
