Note: Heated Pool is not a Jacuzzi (pool heater set to 85 deg F maximum) - Two (2) full baths. - Open-concept modern kitchen leading to large open family room and dining area. - Kitchen stocked with all needed amenities and utensils. - Refrigerated central air. - Inviting backyard relaxing area by the pool with large covered back patio, lounge rocking chairs, gas grill, ambience lighting - full large garage access. - THREE (3) large HD Televisions with Spectrum Cable - High-Speed Wi-Fi - Arcade Machine (The Simpsons 4-player) - Air Hockey Table - Washer/Dryer in Laundry area - Pet friendly Established and Quiet North El Paso neighborhood with amazing close view of close Franklin mountains. - Immediate freeway access to US-54 to easily get around all El Paso. 10 minutes away from Ft. Bliss; 13 minutes from University Medical Center (UMC), as well as from Providence Hospital (Transmountain); and a short drive to White Sands Missile Range. El Paso’s major Shopping malls 13-15 minutes away. Painted Dunes Golf course a few minutes drive. - Convenient shopping center close-by. Albertsons grocery, Walmart, Chipotle, DutchBros, Chick-Fil-A, Panda Express, Olive Garden, Ardovino’s Italian, Restaurants, Bars, Movie theatre, Painted Dunes Golf course - all close by. Pet Friendly - Our home is pet friendly but there will be an additional one-time pet fee of $50 for a pet. Guest must clean up after their pets before checking out and is responsible for any damages caused by a pet. Backyard is fully enclosed, but please ensure fences are properly secured before leaving your pet unattended. Host not responsible for any pet getting out. A medium pet bed is provided for pets staying indoors. Please provide a bed if the one provided is not sized for your pet. This beautiful property feels like home away from home — but cleaner and more beautifully decorated. Love the Christmas tree and lights! All the amenities you could want — and if you can’t find something, the owners are quick to respond. Bonus is that many of the little items you’d usually have to go buy are provided — spices, k-cups, band-aids, pool toys, etc. So nice to have laundry facilities and detergent as well. We’d definitely come back if we return to El Paso.

The house was perfect for our stay! It was very clean and had every convenience we could need and more. The heated pool was great for the kids, along with access to pool toys and towels. The beds were very comfortable and had access to extra blankets and pillows when needed. The host was VERY responsive to questions! We will be booking here again next time we come to town!

This was a perfect base for our visit with family. It was nice having our own space to come back to. We loved the pool and the house was stocked with anything you could need. The cute fall decor was a lovely touch for our October stay.

I took my elderly mother to El Paso for a long weekend to see family and no relatives offered to host a get together do this rental was perfect. We had a small group come to us and it was awesome. Great location for us. The house was perfect in every way and the nicest VRBO that I have ever stayed in!!!

Open floor plan makes entertaining fun and anything you could want was there!! Location is great. Close to highway and shopping and the Mountain View from backyard is stunning! We will definitely come back to this home on our next visit! So responsive host!! Loved everything about it!

This indeed was a get place to stay. I will definitely rent it out again next year. It was very hot but the house was always very nice and cool. The pool was wonderful and fun to have. The house all in all was very beautiful and and very nicely updated. It was very roomy and a great place to entertain. The owners were very nice and prompt when I needed something. I would recommend this house 100%.

We had a great time here. The location was perfect it was very close to the rest of our family that lives in El Paso. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. They were also amazing and responded back right away when I had a question. We will definitely stay here again.

Great property! Super clean, check-in/out was very easy. Great location. Close enough to three National parks and another state park. There was enough to do for 10 days. Collectively the friendliest part of the country I have ever been to. Without question. If we are in the El Paso area again this property will be my first. Thank you!

Absolutely LOVED my stay! The house is adorable and has everything you need. I was able to host a family dinner and dishes to cook. I accidentally locked myself, but the owners were awesome with a back up plan to get me in. They even put up a Christmas tree. I'll definitely book again when I come visit in spring/summer.

If this property ever hits the housing market, I would buy it immediately. Inside is warm and inviting and in the back yard there is an awesome pool. What else could you ask for.. Believe it is a must stay while in EP.
